“My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.”

These gentlemen were extremely helpful and the battery installation I was told at Advance was 30 minutes, Charlie had it finished in 9 (yep, I timed him). He was also kind enough to fill my washer fluid for me. Keep up the great work!”

“Good Samaritan! My van broke down at the Sheetz gas pump. I went across to NAPA thinking I'd need to buy a battery and the NAPA salesperson walked back to Sheetz with me to my van and tested the battery. Turned out battery was fine. He gave some input on what might be wrong. Very helpful even though I ended up not buying anything.”
