About Harbor Freight Tools
Harbor Freight Tools offers an unmatched assortment of tools at great prices and unbeatable value. The store has almost everything needed, with many great tool bargains. While some items are not the highest quality, they often hold up well. Service is frequently described as phenomenal and friendly, with employees who bend over backwards to help. However, service can sometimes be just okay, and on rare occasions, an employee may be less than courteous. Overall, it is a place where customers can tackle projects and find what they are looking for.
