“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

As a single mother being met with respect and understanding is very important when purchasing a vehicle. “Needed an oil change that i had been putting too long. Decided to try Quick Lane without a reservation and they took me right in. They did a oil change, changed the air and cabin filters and adjusted the tire pressures and did a multi-point check on brakes, tire tread, etc. We were completed in about one hour during which time I watched TV and drank the free coffee. All in all I was very happy with the service and time frame plus they did it around lunch time.”

“Easiest transaction ever. Bought a used car today. They were upfront with me telling me they knew nothing about the car except it was an r titled car. They pulled the Carfax in front of me. I asked to drive it to my mechanic (a half hour away) and have him go over the car. They gave me no issues whatsoever about it. When I came back I informed them of a couple issues my mechanic found that they didn't know about. We negotiated a little and I drove the car away within a half hour
Price was fair and will recommend to others
