The store has such fresh meats and lunch meats as well as Sue has made up several great bundles of things you can get together for a great prices. Sue’s market also has fresh subs and sandwiches that you can order within the store along with Sue is your go to for your subs and sandwiches for local fundraisers. Please stop by this amazing store for all your needs and support this amazing store that is always helping out the community.”
“Hey Elaine try asking for chipped lunch meat, having worked in a deli, you can only go so thin, and slice it, only other option is chipped if you like it paper thin.”
“These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Old school place where customer service is top priority. They have a great variety of products. One of the few places that sell heating oil to customers who cart it themselves because they can't afford delivery rates 300 gallons at a time.”
“This saves people who live out in the middle of nowhere having to drive to maybe Nottingham if it's night time so this place is totally about being convenient they got cigarettes and I would assume they have a couple other things and that's if they don't you know nowadays go down the road I believe there's dollar store but this place so it's great for the convenience and if you are local you can walk”
“Fantastic place to buy delicious foods and beverages. Super friendly staff made my first trip here a great experience. Will be back when visiting friends in Lancaster!”
“Great little local grocery store. Even though it's small this place is full of goodies. From ready made subs to fresh beef and deli meats. The beef is good quality. They have a freezer section too that is also jam packed full of goodies. Shaved chicken and beef steak. They have frozen pizzas and mini hot dogs in Hawaiian bread that are out of this world for a quick after school snack. Hand dipped ice cream is also one of my favorite options when coming here.”
“It's a very clean store that welcomes you with an atmosphere of a small country store. But they have everything you need and a lot lot more. The meats are amazing from steaks to hamburger to lunch meats galore. The produce is fresh and the assortment is great. They have everything you need for your holiday baking. And they have a large selection of handcrafted holiday shopping waiting for you. The prices are fantastic. Is he on and easy off of the 283 bypass. So come visit Lilian's country store it's amazing.”
“The best subs in Lancaster city! The husband retired but the son took over in his place. They're good people. The wife never ages. She's so sweet♥️ and her subs are delicious?”
“I work near this location occasionally and ALWAYS have to stop . Fresh produce ✔️ Great bakery ✔️ Clean store ✔️ friendly staff ✔️.
Plus wensday Is haft off sushi ? ?”
“Gas is so much cheaper than other close gas stations around. You have to be a member, but the plus side is they do certain deals, and if you buy the item that shows a gas pump, it takes additional money off at the pumps. The only downfall is if you filled up elsewhere and then shop there, you can't use the gas reward coupons because your car is already full. It's hit or miss with having to get gas, and when you need to shop, because sometimes we blow through gas and you never know when the coupons come etc.”
“Nice store. Nice staff. Still need to watch for dates on food but 90% of it was good.
My wife is excited though because they have a ton of Vegan and vegetarian food for real cheap. For example, beyond sausage is $4 compared to $9 at giant. So excellent deals there. Date range was still plenty far out and it was stored frozen properly.
I like the meat selection and snacks which are far cheaper than other stores.
I definitely recommend you look here first for cheap food before going to your normal grocery store.
Edit: still agree with this review in 2024”
“Their own Excellent homemade fresh baked goods. Also a huge variety of spices, nuts, baking goods, a small selection of frozen items, fruits and vegetables and dry goods”
“Love visiting this grocery store because it's got that charming and old-school feeling however carries all the necessaties any big-box grocery store would provide plus it's on the smaller scale so this alone makes it easier and faster to shop because you're not walking a football field just to reach the other end of the store as with Giant and Weis. Every checkout has a friendly human cashier (which is rare these days) plus 3 self-checkout lanes which are closed during off peak hours.”
“This is my favorite store. They choices are better than Wholefoods where fake USDA Organic foods are sold at premium price.
Staff are always very nice. a few days ago, I asked a lady who were adding meats to the shelves about USDA Organic pork shoulder. She went to the warehouse to get it for me.”
“I go here all of the time for sandwiches and other stuff like drinks. Everyone is super nice and their selection is great. My favorite is the tripleta sub - easily the best I have had. You can also call ahead 15-20 mins for pickup to make your stop quick”
“The staff is so darn nice I enjoy their variety of products. I make it my mission to go there at least once a month. If you do, get the Jaffa Cakes. You won't regret that.”
“I have to say that the Italian Subs are the best. When I don't feel like cooking i ordered them over the phone and then I go pick them up. They are really good”
“This pharmacy is on top of things. The employees are wonderful. They are patient and kind. The pharmacy is managed extraordinarily well and that says a lot about their pharmacists. They also have the most reasonable prices. I could not be happier with their service.”
“The pay for cart thing used to annoy me but many ppl pay it forward so it creates an atmosphere of good will. Also, aldi has good produce and it’s always fun to check out the merch aisles.
I dropped a sizable amount of cash out of my pocket without realizing it and an employee looked at the camera to see who dropped it, searched for me in the store, and gave it all back. I was so impressed with the effort he made and his honesty.”
“This is what they call a legacy store. It is old, tired and smaller than the new shiny stores. It's not new and fancy. It's the kind of store you might drive by and never give a second thought. However, it would be shame to do so. I stopped here out of necessity, not necessarily choice, and I was amazed. This store is clean! Outside trash cans were clean and empty. Parking lot was picked up and well marked. The restrooms were shiny, clean and sanitary. The coffee bar was neatly and completely stocked with a great variety of options and flavors. Every coffee was fresh and selections were numerous. The coffee bar was clean. The coolers were clean, floors were clean, and shelves were fronted and well stocked. The manager was there and I complimented her on her hard work. She and another employee explained how they take pride in their store and in the safety of their food service. Their thoughts were genuine and borne out of a desire to provide quality food service to their customers. Though this store is a chain convenience store, it is run with the pride and care congruent with a family business. If you are a fan of Turkey Hill, this is one worth putting on your list of places to shop.”
“My colleague and I visited last night and picked up several items. The entire team was so welcoming and helpful, beginning with the delightful deli duo and ending with the customer service manager/exquisite cashier: Regina :) A very special thank you goes out to our girl, Regina. She was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile, her warm heart, and delightful sense of humor. Oh, what a world it would be if we had more people like sweet Regina. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Allen, who charmed the pants off of us and made us feel like we were part of the Green Hill family. Thank you Regina, Allen, and Deli friends!!! We’re looking forward to coming back!”

“I like shopping here, but the last 3 times I used a quarter for shopping cart it didn't release the cart. Food is expensive enough, I can't afford to pay for cart and not get the cart”
“People are friendly, store needs to be arranged a little different it's a bit clustorphobic but otherwise great place. Has goods and stuff so I don't have to walk all the way into the city. Had the diapers I needed”
“Live right around the corner from Kianny's and go there everyday for groceries. Am very pleased with selection, and also their deli, grilled, and fried foods are amazing. Very delicious and excellent price for huge portions. Would recommend anyone to try.”
“Store is sparkling clean, so nicely laid out and is easy to shop. Their prices are surprisingly good on store-brand items. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s a massive hot and cold bar and a to-order pizza bakery. Great fresh seafood and meat deli. The health product aisle is amazing. Just shop here, you won’t be disappointed.”
“It is yo boi, ga ga gammy saaantoooo. WOAH!! Ammmmmmaaazing! Can we show some of the legendary support for the superheroes that create the masterpiece called the corner sub. The food here is the BEST in the WEST (I got those b-bars! Ay!) Well, we ain't in the West but I gotta say. This food is da fricken bomb! Love it all. Especially the meat balls brother, I would rap all day about their wraps. Mmmmmhm see what I did there buddy. OHHH YEAAAAAH! Also. Just gotta say. “I always go shopping here before another typical grocery store and it's an awesome place to find new things to try at prices that make trying new things less scary!”
