“I found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed.
Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes.
I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated.
I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.”
“Any jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.”
“Installers were professional and took a lot of time to hook up my dryer vent. They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.”

“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

The two ladies working behind the counter were both amicable and helpful to all. I was delighted to find that my items were expertly packed and well-protected upon their arrival to Atlanta. “I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.”
