“I enjoy live streaming, plus I could not keep up with hotspot when my grandson is with me he must do his schoolwork on line and in a few days I'm buying more. He also plays virtual reality and playstation. He tells me the internet is slow so I must check into this. I was told I had more gigabytes than I needed. I'm hoping it is just temporary and soon it will all become faster.”

“The team at Service electric really takes care of me. I had an outdated modem, they sent over a technician and replaced it. They also bumped me up a speed level a while back which has been matched with the new modem. I’m very happy with the fair prices and services they offer. Thank you Bob T. for the great work!”

“Great experience, thank you Ruth for successfully getting my existing cricket account unlocked and number transferred to the new device after days of unsuccessful attempts via phone/chat agents. Excellent customer service and willingness to take the time to contact the cricket management to help unlock the account. You guys were the most helpful!! - Tanya”
