“I love this Boost store! I was able to get my iPhone XR back in 2019 for $1 down when I was Boosting Up and I am just about to make my last payment. The employees there are always super helpful and really nice. Today the gentleman who helped me upgrade my SIM got that done within minutes, super fast and was very nice! “I was honestly expecting 30 minutes of wait/service time, but that was cut drastically short by an amazing team member. I wish I knew her name, but she was the only woman there the morning of 8/8/2023. I was the 4th person in the store and the first one waiting with my modem and cord in hand. After only 4 minutes of waiting, she asked if I was returning equipment. I explained I was wanting to see if something was wrong with it as I had needed to reset it once a week over the last month or so. While she was still helping the customer at her desk, she said bring it over honey, with the kindness you'd expect of a waitress at a diner. I brought it over, she plugged it in and said oh yeah, let me get you a new one. While she was still on her phone fixing her current customers issue, she handled mine and went to the back, grabbed me a new modem, explained I would need to set it up at home, asked if I had any questions, which I didn't, and sent me on my way. It was the easiest, quickest and kindest I've been treated in a store like that in a very long time.”

I signed back up with Boost after having been a member for 15 years and getting talked into going with T-Mobile. It took me 2 years to get out of the T-Mobile situation that I hated from the very beginning and now I'm back at Boost but my phone wasn't working quite right. I went in there and he took care of it in 2 minutes with a very nice attitude. I appreciate you!”

“Literally the best phone retailer experience I have ever had.I need to start by saying that I first went to the T-Mobile corporate location 3 minutes down the street to try to get a new plan set up with my husband. we were blatantly lied to by the associate working, Nico. He wouldn’t allow us to enroll in the 3 line plan with the price quoted to us online, saying that it was impossible. So my husband and I decided to try this location out since it was so close by.We were greeted by a friendly face, Lindsay, who truly went above and beyond to help us. She was able to easily assist us with the plan we asked for and she stayed late after close to make sure we were all set up. She was knowledgeable, efficient and truly had INCREDIBLE customer service!Save your time and come here first!”
