“Yesterday, I went dress shopping at The Wedding Factor, and I was incredibly lucky to work with Stella. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Even before my appointment, Stella made a lasting impression. She called the day prior to introduce herself, learn about my preferences, and walk me through what to expect. She thoughtfully addressed my concerns about feeling confident in a gown and shared that she would capture photos throughout the appointment so my guests could stay present and fully enjoy the moment with me. She was mindful of my budget, transparent about pricing, and thoughtful in selecting dresses that aligned with both my vision and body type. I had been nervous about sample sizes, but she made the entire process feel comfortable and encouraging.
The very first dress she chose one I wouldn’t have picked myself changed everything. The moment I put it on, I felt beautiful, excited, and, for the first time, like a bride. I even started to tear up.
After trying a few more stunning options, I went back to that first dress. Stella carefully re-fitted it, then added a veil, handed me a bouquet, and gave me a quiet moment to take it all in. It was incredibly emotional in the best way. When she opened the curtain to my friends and family, everyone was beaming. There were happy tears all around (including Stella’s, which made the moment even more special). She captured beautiful photos that I’ll cherish forever.
One of the most meaningful parts came when Stella had me face the mirror and guided me through a series of reflective questions helping me focus on how I felt and what the dress truly meant. Answering them brought me fully into the moment, and for the first time, I genuinely felt beautiful.

There wasn’t a single shop in South Jersey that offered a wide range of dresses like Nicole Bridal, and this was my first boutique in the Pennsylvania area. I hadn’t seen any dresses like these before in the days leading up to this appointment. That was the first time I tried on 8 or more gowns in one sitting! My dressing room was filled with thee most exquisite dresses with all sorts of details & design! Maria took her time with me and helped me eliminate all the other options, even trying on the same dress more than once. But when I knew, I KNEW! I said Yes -we all cried, toasted with champagne, and cried some more!

Then there’s Mrs. Josephine, thee absolute sweetest person you could ever meet! She’s so full of knowledge & wisdom, and love! She made sure my alterations were pure PERFECTION every fitting! She tailored my dress with such care and ease -I couldn’t ask for a better seamstress. Not only did I say YES to my dream dress, the bond of a lifetime was formed with the dream team! Maria and Mrs. Josephine I cannot thank you enough for giving me the warmest hugs, endless amounts of laughs, and the ultimate experience every single visit! I had a very small wedding so I chose a simpler dress (from The Sample Rack in Philly) and she showed an incredible amount of care and detail to turn it into My dress. Edited to add - the dress was so beautiful that we all forgot that I even brought a veil. It would have been a crime to cover up any part of the dress anyways. It wasn't until I went to change into my reception dress that WELP....there the veil has been the whole time XD”

Fast forward to many other shops, I went back to EJ’s when they got the Nicole and Felicia line. They were great about getting me an appt to try on the dress. I felt like the communication lagged a bit when I was trying to pick up my dress—dates got pushed back, which is stressful for everyone, but in the end, my dress arrived in Feb for my May wedding. They never pressured me into buying a dress and were very nice about me trying on veils with my dress even though I ultimately went with another company.”
