“This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”
“Isaiah was a phenomenal help. It reminded me of going to the branch with my grandmother when I was younger. Despite the years Isaiah showcased that this PNC branch still provides and maintains the same personable, friendly, warm welcome experience you expect to get most places but unfortunately don’t. On two separate occasions he ensured that I received the help I needed with the bonds I brought in, even remembering me the second time. Each time a seamless process while maintaining a conversation and smile. Having gone intentionally the second time to ensure I’d have his help, I can say that Isaiah is what anyone could hope to encounter when getting their banking needs serviced. Will make the trip more often to this location when needed thanks to his service!”

“My only experience with PNC Bank is at this location. The entire staff works together in a manner which provides every client with extremely excellent, competent, personalized & friendly service. It's quite apparent everyone is capable & well-trained. They offer a wide variety of services and products, including a cellphone app to handle your finances from the palm of your hand. The branch manager, Mr Germain and his team will assure your financial makers are safely handled, to best meet the needs of your family, business or both.”
“Not sure how this location only has 3 stars when I just had an amazing experience with Sahsha here. I came to change my name on my bank account after recently getting married. I was nervous with time constraints due to not being able to show up until 5:10 on a Friday with their branch closing at 6, but I was helped by Sahsha before I could even sit & wait in the lobby. She has the most friendly and infectious personality. She was able to change my name on my account very quickly, while having a big smile the whole time. Felt like an old friend! She also gave me plenty of helpful tips without pushing anything. You could tell she takes her job & customer satisfaction seriously & I genuinely am happy I drove 30+ min to come here. Well worth it!”

“I have been visiting this bank for about 3 years and the people have always been very helpful and friendly. I don't understand why the negative reviews. There are always going to be lines wherever you go and the lines I've seen here are nothing compare to other banks. The only inconvenience, and it's not that bad, is the parking but I have always been able to find one and I have never needed more than a quarter for parking. Perhaps the people that complaint are the ones with the attitude problem and should look at themselves and learn to be patient. We are living in a world where people are always rushing. Peace be still. I do recommend this bank.”
