“This is truly one of the best PNC branches, and I want to speak very highly of the entire team here. On the teller side, “Nue Nue,” the professional teller lead, brings years of experience and delivers fast, accurate service with a warm smile and outstanding customer care.
I also had the pleasure of speaking with the new manager, Holley. She is absolutely wonderful, humble, professional, and attentive. Along with Tiffany, the banker, she went above and beyond to help my brother open his account and personally followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.
From the moment you walk into this branch, you immediately feel you are in a true banking environment, calm, respectful, and centered on excellent customer service.

On two separate occasions he ensured that I received the help I needed with the bonds I brought in, even remembering me the second time. Each time a seamless process while maintaining a conversation and smile. Having gone intentionally the second time to ensure I’d have his help, I can say that Isaiah is what anyone could hope to encounter when getting their banking needs serviced. “This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”
