“I scheduled a repair on my iPhone in the Moorestown, NJ location. I spoke with Monica and husband David. Both were highly educated with respect to my phone. I gave them 5 stars due to their knowledge, respect and treated me like they knew me for years, yet I just met them. They expedited the repair, evaluated and troubleshooted my phone for any other damage. Within an hour it was complete and working perfectly. I highly recommend this store and specifically husband and wife duo, Monica and David. Very welcoming and professional service. I’d give more stars if allowed. Thank you Monica and David. “I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”

“I went to AT&T in Wynnewood, PA to upgrade my iPhone two days ago. Was upgrading from an XR so had not been through the process in a very long time. The gentleman who helped me, Muadth, was awesome. “Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

“I’ve found this place through Google and happy that I did as I was initially unaware of this establishment. I brought my phone in due to my screen not working. Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
