“This is an excellent establishment, which features a now rare level of customer service.Specifically, the gentleman behind the counter patiently listened to our packaging needs for our precious antiques.He also advised us on our best packaging and pricing options as well as demonstrated HOW he would package the items.Most of all, our items arrived safely.My wife and I would like to thank this gentleman, although we do not recall his name, although we do recall he is a Latino from Chicago.”

“Small post office, usually I am able to get in and out with no lines. The ladies there are generally pretty friendly and accommodating. Today however a new gentleman I've never seen, was working. I was waiting to be served with 2 large packages and he just sat there watching/listening to his sports channel. No greeting. No acknowledgement. No nothing. It was clear I was standing there with my packages and he ignored me. Very unprofessional and frustrating when this is the least busiest post office I have ever been to. One star off for his terrible customer service. Do your job or don't even bother coming in.”

“I believe the post office these two negative comments are talking about is in East Earl, less than a mile away because I go out of my way to come here at 1058 Main Street just to avoid the negativity at the other branch. The lady here is the most helpful person I have ever come across”

“It's been almost 2 years since we moved. We had couple mail mixed ups with our neighbor at first. Very understandable since we have the same street number and the same first letter of the street name. Marian's always been very helpful when I dropped off our mail. This is a one man operation post office so we just need to be more patient and give more grace.”

“I don't hate the place, and the people there are nice. However, I was expecting 3 packages, one of which I was expecting on my porch. The carrier shoved the larger package in my mailbox, as well as a second one, he left with the third and (i'm assuming) later came back to deliver it to my mailbox after knowing he stuffed it full. Instead of putting it on my porch, he labelled it as "No Access to Delivery Location". Pure laziness on his part, really. But the lady inside was relatively nice and even offered to deliver the package on her way home. I can appreciate their willingness to help me, this is really the only time I've ever had an issue with the place.”
