“FANTASTIC! I recently did a large print job with them which included (multiple 5x7 & 4x6 cards, a 24x36 poster, a 6ft. banner, a canvas, and more). They made this experience so quick, fun and easy. Megan was my main point of contact and she is absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough good things about her. She is so friendly and she continued to go above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I truly left feeling like I made a new friend. The prints came out beautifully and the entire experience was great! In the past, I would have done something like this with Fedex, but Premier Postal Plus was FAR BETTER on pricing! I also like to look at their gifts every time I'm in there - they have so many cute things. We are so lucky to have this shop in our community! “I usually see Renee at the counter, and she is very nice and moves the line quickly. I have also called with questions (when other local offices wouldnt answer the phone), and Cathy is wonderful. Friendly and efficient.... Wish all usps offices worked like this one! Recommend especially if you are starting a small business/online shop, as they've answered many questions about cheaper rates and packaging.”
“This site provides full UPS courier services. It is located inside Staples - turn right to get to the UPS counter after entering the store. The sign outside (see photo) states "Ship 7 Days a Week", and the UPS is indeed open all days, including Saturday and Sunday (but not 24 hours, and not all services available on weekends).The UPS staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products.The carpark (shared with other stores like Quest Diagnostics and a new Aldi) is large with ample free packing.”

It's so much better than the one in "downtown" New Kensington.The workers are always friendly / generally helpful and attentive.The facility is clean.There isn't litter piled up outside of it like there is at the New Kensington location down the road.9/10 (one point off for only being open very short periods of time,)”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
“The woman today was very helpful. The last time I went in and try to use a flat rate box that should have been $21 and some cents I was told it would cost me $50 to send. I was only sending a box of Pop-Tarts and a box of Twinkies to Germany. Needless to say my friend is not getting his sweets. But today the woman was very very helpful. It was still expensive to send a package to Georgia I thought. Next time FedEx”

The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. “Sarver Post Office has always had great customer service. Years ago, Kelly, the post master, turned the place upside down looking for a lost paycheck that was supposedly claimed to have been mailed. At the time Patty was super friendly with a great smile sharing stories of her Walt Disney trips in the middle of winter. Presently, Cynthia and Edward are very helpful and courteous. Even Sheryl, the current post master, has been a peach helping sort out the situation regarding where Amazon delivers. The numerous mail carriers...Connie, Donna, Mary, Leslie, Gary, Pat, Scott have gone out of their way to know the people they deliver to on a first name basis.
