“Service was good. We had a few customers ahead if us. There was no paperwork except a check in voucher provided even though I purchased insurance coverage. There is no number given to call for emergency or even placed in the car.”

“First I want to start by saying, I never write reviews. Good or bad. But the team at Enterprise in Phillipsburg, NJ was absolutely amazing so I knew I had to do something to let everyone know how great they are. I had a terrible accident where someone plowed into us and totaled our car. We were driving from CT to Ohio. We were unfamiliar with the area. We had all of our stuff and our dog and were stranded. Mind you this was the weekend of the World Cup where there was no inventory at any car rental facility in a 30-mile radius. Maurice, Latoya and Cager were the kindest, most accommodating people that I have ever come across. They were patient and understanding of our situation. They did everything in their power to get us a car. They knew we were going a long distance so they made sure the car had an oil change and was cleaned before we were on our way. They treat their customers with white glove service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I would give them 100 stars if I could.”
“I'm glad the other reviews didn't deter me from renting from Budget, but my experience went smoothly. Check in was easy, drop off was just as simple. The clerk was friendly. The vehicle I received had low mileage, was clean, and was in the classification I selected. No hidden fees, other than a hold which is required with ANY rental company, and the hold was removed quickly. I'd absolutely use them again.”

“I love my local AVIS Team at ABE. I have to get weekly rentals for work and it is a pain having to pick up and drop off that much. I have used every rental agency at ABE but can say with 100% confidence that Avis at ABE works hard for there customers satisfaction. I'm never worried about my pick up or interaction with anyone working the counter as its always a smooth process. Anytime theres an issue with a rental they would quickly remedy with a solution, what a great team, I love working with them. Keep up the good work.”

“Convenient pick up and return at LVI Airport with unlimited miles IS truly a plus during an extended, busy vacation!
This particular vehicle — Subaru Forester — was comfortable and easy to drive — except, it would save the customer time IF there were available a list of options/instructions on a particular model – for those of us who have never driven said vehicle brand before. This would save time and energy on the part of the customer in the midst of busy travels. Thank You HERTZ ??”

“I was in a car accident and used an enterprise rental while my car was in the shop. I was taken care of by Salvatore (the manager) and Lexi (a rep) and both went above and beyond my expectations. The rental of the car went a little long and since the other party’s insurance was covering it, Salvatore and Lexi made sure to reach out to them for me. They made the whole ordeal smooth, and made sure to call me with any updates. I would definitely return to enterprise, hopefully under better circumstance, and would and have recommended them to friends.”
