“great place to stop n get odds n ends. not a place you'd you go grocery shopping however they do have some canned, boxed and frozen items as well as a large variety of snacks. but besides that, they have a little of everything!!”

“Arguably the best grocery store to exist! I can find organic/reputable healthy brand named food discounted for a fraction of the cost compared to Whole Foods. My favorite areas to shop are the frozen foods/dairy items/snack items (dried fruit, granola, etc.)! Surprised it's not more well-known yet because once you go once, you won't ever want to go to another store again!”

“This store was clean , organized , and the workers were beyond amazing in every regard. I believe the one working the crafts section , whom by the way was absolutely gorgeous!!! , was called Jennifer and she was an absolute delight. Kind disposition , kept a warm smile , and even led me , instead of just halfhearted directing me , to the item I was looking for . Will definitely always have my patronage long as she’s there!!!!!”
“The customer service in this location is beyond exceptional I am very pleased with the services that are always provided to me and my husband we have been coming here every weekend to stock up on household essentials.
The cashiers and managers have such a beautiful energy almost like as if you knew them for an eternity, they are very knowledgeable of there stock inventory .If I have questions about their products or pricing on house hold essentials or etc the team adequately responds promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience at this location is always outstanding.

“One would probably not even know this place existed. Either passing it by in a car on Wyandotte while busy approaching the intersection or walking by while crossing the street since it resides 50 yards south of the crosswalk. It is not an in your face presence.
Having said that I really enjoy this non-food general store. A variety of products, very reasonably priced, with a friendly staff who is always willing to help.
It is a great alternative to Dollar General as it has a much broader inventory and, from what I have purchased and seen, competitive and/or lower prices. The only items missing are food based and if you need anything in that category, Ideal is less than a 5 minute stroll away.”

“A few months ago I thought I lost my engagement ring while shopping at Dollar Tree, and the whole team helped me look for it… in addition to some kind customers. We looked for a while but didn’t find it, and I left my name and number with the employees there. Well, I ended up finding it at home the next day and never updated Dollar tree.I just received a phone call from Linda calling to check if I had ever found it as she came across my number in the lost and found and remembered that day. Not only is that award winning customer service, but it highlights to me that Linda is an all around thoughtful and kind human.Much appreciated!”

“I want to give a shout out to pen argyl pa dollar general for one of the best employees of any store I met today that worked there, his name was Jorge and was wonderful. Not only did he rush over to open the door for me, he was pleasant and personable. He offered the girl in front of me to carry her stuff to her car it was bulky and heavy. The girl said it was ok she could carry it out and he actually told me he felt bad that he couldn’t help her because of how bad the weather was. I was short on my money and I was asking him to take off something. He refused and took it out if his pay. He said merry Christmas and paid it. He is a young guy with a Heart of gold that deserves recognition and made what has been a very depressing month due to my son being in a coma after a seizure and going into cardiac arrest. Jorge made me smile. What a wonderful kid with a great positive energy.”

“Good place to go when you need something fast. Place is a little sloppy, meaning always has stuff in the isles (boxes of merchandise not. Put away or put out yet). Employees are always nice though!”

“The store has greatly improved since the new management. It is better stocked and maintained. The only issue is the posted schedule. It says open till 10 pm which is not accurate. Last night again I ran there with my son after I picked him up from work. He was feeling sick and wanted to get some ginger ales but at 9:42pm the store was closed. I've been there at 9:30 and it's closed. This is the 3rd time . Be safe and go before 9pm”
“I've been to several family dollar locations and the location on stefko is by FAR the cleanest and most organized family dollar I've EVER been in!! Will start to frequent this location. To the employees there, keep up the great work!! It is definitely noticeable in comparison to other locations and similar stores in the area.”
