“Great location! Nice, updated rooms. They take excellent care of their guests. They went above and beyond when I needed help with my business needs. As a Hilton Diamond member, I can say this is one of the best properties I have stayed at.”
“Selected this hotel as a place to stay prior to my wife's early surgery at St. Lukes. No wonder why this is been rated #1. From the time we arrived the service was beyond excellent. Attention to detail was very evident. It felt like you were staying in a home, not a hotel. Hat's off to management and keep up the great work. Have a lot to compare this to as traveled world-wide for years.”
“I recently stayed at The Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem, PA, and it was honestly one of the most unique and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. The property itself is stunning—a beautifully restored historic mansion that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern luxury. From the moment you walk in, the architectural details and craftsmanship really stand out, giving the entire place an elegant, almost storybook feel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt upscale, with a large shower and high-end finishes. You can tell a lot of attention went into both comfort and aesthetics. What really made the stay special was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel seamless—from check-in to little touches like the breakfast basket delivered to the room. It added a personal, boutique feel you don’t always get at larger hotels.”

“Shower temperature a bit not warm enough during my two-night stay. Parking was right across the street, a parking garage.
The TV could accept my own HDMI input, a must that’s now become necessary.
It’s a nice city where I find it worth visiting as many could be seen within walking distance.”

“I’ve been coming here with my man for over two years. We come for a little get away at least 5 -6 times a year and let me tell you from the time we pull up it feels like our home away from home. We’re always greeted with so much love. The service here is incredible. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. The rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy and clean , bathrooms always stocked with towels. They have a great breakfast and some nights they do dinner and drinks. Lakeema ( the manager) is one of the most down to earth chicks ever. I can’t speak highly enough about this place and the staff. I’m so grateful for our little getaway spot here. ❤️”

“We enjoyed our suite. We were able to check in early. Our card key worked fantastically. There was fresh coffee offered 24/7. The air conditioning worked well. Our bed was firm and comfotable. The shower was great. Everything was relatively close in driving distance and there was a Wegman's close by. Historical Downtown was great with delicious food, eclectic restaurants, with so many options to choose from!”
“Overall this was a great place for the pricing of the hotel. The staff were great. It was odd that when I checked in there were no hangers in the room but after I called it was quick that someone brought me some. Good location and solid hotelSafety: Good spot”

“We are from Colorado and were celebrating our vow-renewal in Bethlehem. We had friends and family come in from Colorado, North Carolina and Florida. I worked with Michelle Correa to get a group rate. Amazing is the only way to describe our entire experience. Michelle was so friendly and accommodating when we booked our 8 rooms. The staff, from Michelle to the housekeeping staff was just wonderful. Eranya, the housekeeping supervisor was accommodating, super sweet, and made sure we got all we needed while we were there. The rooms were clean, the rooms spacious, and the kitchens perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone.”
“I had an fantastic time at this beautiful, historical hotel! The true standout here is the staff, who are so friendly and helpful! The desk Manager Jessica went out of her way to accommodate our large parties and shifting needs with ease and capability, and the entire staff worked tirelessly to assist guests during the snow in. Victoria helped me navigate the area when I got lost on my way in, and Emerald was so kind and helpful to me, even taking time to assist me with wardrobe needs! The rooms are updated but they kept so much of the original charm! I really enjoyed the original elements, it felt like stepping back in time but with all modern conveniences. The location was so convenient as well as I was going back and forth from NJ to PA for my event. I loved this hotel so much, I want to plan another trip to the area just to stay here!”

“I just stayed at the Comfort Suites to attend a concert at the local casino. My Room was very welcoming and clean. The room was priced nicely. I got a king bed suite for just about $100/night. Staff was friendly and very helpful and it's only 10min drive to the venue and you are basically on the edge of downtown and the free hot breakfast is one of the best ones I've had in awhile.
But, Parking is a nightmare, the hotel lot is not remotely big enough to accommodate all guests especially if there's an event.”
“Excellent service. I've been here for three weeks now and they have been nothing but nice. Even back then I use to come here just to get away and have time for myself and the service has been excellent.”
“This 150 something year old mansion was so cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It's so much bigger than I realized. They have many rooms tucked all over. Our room was small and cozy with a very nice updated bathroom. Heat worked great because it was freezing out. The furniture in our room was all antique. They had a complete breakfast in the morning that's included and we were able to pick from an omelette or French toast. Both were delicious. They also had snacks, fruit, pastries etc that we could take. The parlor was stocked with 24 coffee, water, snacks, and other things. Beautiful old building with loads of history. The staff was very knowledgeable about the history. Not too far from main Street. You can walk there by crossing the bridge (just be sure to cross on the correct side).”
