“This is a great customer oriented business. I stopped at the Jack Williams on Stefko Blvd asked to have my tire pressure checked. They checked the pressure, found a nail in a tire, repaired that for me and reset the sensor - all at no charge. I’ve been there for new tires ( at a fair price) and always had the most courteous & helpful service. Highly recommend!”

After leaving my dad's 93rd birthday celebration, I noticed my tire pressure had dropped dramatically because of a nail in my tire. It was already after 6:20 p.m., and almost every tire shop was closed. I was honestly afraid I wasn't going to make it home safely and have to call AAA to change my tire and put on a spare.
When I pulled into Mavis Tire by Palmer Park Mall, Hunter was literally walking to his car after his shift. I asked if there was any chance they could help me. Instead of saying they were closed, Hunter turned around, went back inside, and he and DJ (David) reopened the shop, brought my car into the service bay, repaired my tire, made sure it was properly inflated, and had me safely back on the road—all after closing time.
What impressed me even more was that they refused to charge me.
In a world where it's easy to do only what's required, Hunter and DJ chose kindness. They went far above and beyond anything I could have expected, turning what started as a stressful evening into one I'll never forget for all the right reasons.
Thank you both for your compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help a complete stranger. You didn't just fix my tire—you gave me peace of mind and got me home safely. That kind of service is rare, and it's something I'll never forget.

“Excellent service. They patched my tire up as soon as I pulled in. No appointment needed. I had my dog with me and it was probably 98 degrees out. I was offered water and allowed to bring my dog into the air conditioning, as it was too hot to have her out in that heat. Awesome people. “Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”

You give the attendant the size and they check the availability. The wheel were in excellent condition. Best place for organization. I recommend this auto parts store hands down. There is always a clearance aisle and hub caps are displayed on the walls.”

From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience having them work on my car. Everyone that I spoke with was polite and courteous. I was also greatly appreciative of getting to speak with Bob. He was very informative about the work that needed to be done and provided two options for the repairs. He even went as far as showing me the coil that was broken and explained the importance of replacing both.
Lastly, they also offered to do my safety and emissions inspections since they were expiring the next month. It saved me so much time and hassle!
I will definitely be bringing my car back to Pat's Brake Service Inc. & Lynn's Garage again when it should need service. I will also be recommending it to my friends and family. A job well done!”

I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail.
