“I had the best experience I've ever had car shopping at C. Harper in New Alex. I worked specifically with Chris, Alexander and Harvey and I've never been treated so well! Everyone was so knowledgable and willing to be honest with me! The went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me, including Casey Harper Jr.!”
“I have been looking for a good shop to replace my Class A motorhome tires. Clayton and Kevin did a great job working with me to accomplish everything I needed. Had 6 tires installed with custom valve stems, balancing and alignment at a fair price. They listened and delivered on all of my requests and tracked down fresh tires with recent date codes. Motorhome tires age out before they wear out. If yours are 5-6 years old, and you are in the Pittsburgh area, check this place out.”
“I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Regardless, Ben the technician, insisted that he address my vehicle issues before he left. He didn't want us to have to leave our car all weekend. Ben figured out that my vehicle needed an alternator. This was the 3rd place I'd gone to and nobody else had the knowledge to figure it out. Well, 2 hours later and a very fair price, we were back on the road and on our way home.
Folks, you can't find thar kind of caring anywhere else. The entire staff was very empathetic to our situation and they did something we never thought possible.
Thank you Ben and your entire team. Anyone and everyone that I know, will be told about your kindness.”

“I went to C Harper for my state and emissions inspections for my car recently. I stayed in the waiting room, which was very comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly. It did not take long and I was on my way.”
