“I had car trouble coming back from camping in PA on a Monday. Car stopped running near Duncannon, PA. Called several shops and Haley and Keith were more than helpful and would accept my car from tow company and diagnose the issue. I continued home in Maryland as I rode with a friend I was camping with. Tow company dropped the car Monday night. On Tuesday Keith called and after putting gas in the car it started and he did a full diagnostic on it with no other issues. Apparently my car model has a known problem with the guage reading fuel in vehicle when it actually ran out, a problem that I only learned from this expierence. On Thursday I drove to PA to recover my vechile and was prepared to pay several hundred dollars in shop time. Keith and Brian just charged me $20 for the gas they put in. I offered to pay for shop time and they said it was not necessary. Keith is a reputable owner and really helped a family in need without hestitation of which I am extremely grateful for. If you live in the vicinity I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Miller's Auto Addiction. I returned home Thursday night with NO issues in Maryland. I did validate the gas guage was malfunctioning. The biggest suprise was when Keith called me Thursday night to check if I returned home safe with no other issues. That is the validation that Keith and his team REALLY cares about his customers. THANK YOU to Keith and his Team, as probably a 1 time customer, he really cared for me, a service that is lacking at many other shops. God Bless Keith and his Team!!”
