“We blew a tire on the interstate on our converted shuttle bus. It was an inside rear so we were able to get off the road to a safe place. We ordered new tires online. They arrived about 3pm. We had pulled the 2 tires off the right side so when the new tires arrived, we were able to load 1 old & 1 new tire in our towed. We drove about 2 miles to McCarthy. They close at 4, so we were pressed for time but they started to dismount & mount those tires while we went back to get the other 1 old & 1 new. They were quick, professional & reasonably priced for the service”
“We went here for our tire. We got a nail in in it and we tried to plug it but it didn't hold. We were looking for a place coming back from Florida for Christmas and that's when we found this place! Best people i have met in a long time. We have 3 people and a dog. They left us stay in the office well they fixed the tire. Only took 30 minutes! Very friendly people and if you want your car fixed definitely would recommen!”

“I remember taking my Satin Silver Metallic 2001 Acura Integra GSR there about 10 years ago when my regular suspension guy was booked out. Their knowledge with obscure vehicles, and frame repair is second to none. They have an entire shop manual library of obscure European, and Japanese cars of the 60's, 70's and 80's on their bookshelves.
Although I haven't been back in a long time. After 10 years I was forced to sell my 2001 Acura for cheap due to the engine suffering catastrophic failure in June 2024, and I myself was also suffering other hardships at the time. All good things come to an end.
I will drive the extra 45 minutes to go back there with my current car. Because to this day, I never had a shop do such good alignment, so personable, and kind, or with such good rates. Dan the owner, truly is the man, and kids were Mannheim Central High School graduates, (the school I attended as a child). (other than my main guy here in Etown Keener Tire who is always booked out), Dan is the place for suspension, frame work, and alignments. ;-)”

“I am an inspection mechanic that moved here last October from Bucks County. I usually do all of my own work, I am limited because I'm disabled and only have ramps. I searched for Inspection stations in the area and found Kellers, I had good vibes about them, so we took our vehicles to them, and thank God we did. These guys are honest, up front, and care about their customers. Sometimes they try to find used parts to lessen the burden on the customers. They are excellent mechanics and I trust my baby in their hands”
“I had car trouble coming back from camping in PA on a Monday. Car stopped running near Duncannon, PA. Called several shops and Haley and Keith were more than helpful and would accept my car from tow company and diagnose the issue. I continued home in Maryland as I rode with a friend I was camping with. Tow company dropped the car Monday night. On Tuesday Keith called and after putting gas in the car it started and he did a full diagnostic on it with no other issues. Apparently my car model has a known problem with the guage reading fuel in vehicle when it actually ran out, a problem that I only learned from this expierence. On Thursday I drove to PA to recover my vechile and was prepared to pay several hundred dollars in shop time. Keith and Brian just charged me $20 for the gas they put in. I offered to pay for shop time and they said it was not necessary. Keith is a reputable owner and really helped a family in need without hestitation of which I am extremely grateful for. If you live in the vicinity I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Miller's Auto Addiction. I returned home Thursday night with NO issues in Maryland. I did validate the gas guage was malfunctioning. The biggest suprise was when Keith called me Thursday night to check if I returned home safe with no other issues. That is the validation that Keith and his team REALLY cares about his customers. THANK YOU to Keith and his Team, as probably a 1 time customer, he really cared for me, a service that is lacking at many other shops. God Bless Keith and his Team!!”

“Brought my own oil/filter to replace my engine oil. I usually do it myself, but I’m away from home and it’s 18°.
Hopefully nothing was tightened far too much, should have asked for the drain plug gasket to be replaced. ~$35 for it.
They’ll charge you to put the filter in the trash. Not sure how it’s to be “properly disposed.”
Hadn’t had the chance to look, but I’ll check and update if anything is missing (access panel(dealer left it off once)) or things are impossibly and annoyingly tight.

“Fantastic mechanic shop, I'm very thankful for them. I originally brought in my older (2010, 200k+ miles) minivan for a relatively minor issue, but they also noticed a larger repair that needed done--- something that had been an on and off struggle for awhile with patches and repairs, so I do absolutely trust it was an honest find. Instead of just making several thousand dollars off me, the owner had a very open conversation with me about my options regarding the longterm longevity of my vehicle, further repairs they would potentially need to do down the road, etc. I ended up purchasing a newer vehicle instead, and I look forward to being a long term customer at T&M. My husband mentioned to me he's been hoping to find a solid and honest shop like this for awhile, and will be taking his car there as well.”

“Took my vehicle to Rahal Acura to have a suspension diagnosis. I was thinking there is something wrong. The technician drove the vehicle and personally informed me that all suspension systems/parts were fine. He would not recommend any repairs or replacements. It's 16 yrs old with over 217,000 miles. I was prepared for the worst, but he gave me his personal opinion that all is well, just an older vehicle. Honestly, he could have said that I needed repairs costing over a thousand dollars, and I would not have known better. But this is the character of the Rahal Acura technicians. Over the years I have had similar experiences, not just with technicians but the entire staff. I will continue to support Rahal Acura, and I recommend them highly.”
