“This place reminds me of the corner hardware store where I used to hang out at on Saturday mornings while my dad was inside buying nails by the pound. The available inventory is just mind blowing, with some really obscure (and badly needed) fitting and such on hand. Always greeted with a smile and help is readily available. The antithesis of the big box store experience.”

Really enjoy having a hardware store in Ellwood, but the lady who works at the register is argumentative and always seems annoyed when I stop in. Will continue to be a customer simply because busy beaver is horrible.”
“I've had the pleasure of visiting this store a couple of times when I've been out in PA. It is such a cool place! Floors and floors of tools and odds and ends. Wrenches of all sizes. Blades of all sizes. Equipment that's been refurbished, or even brand new stuff, Hamilton Tool has it all.
Probably the best part of Hamilton Tool is its namesake itself: Fred Hamilton. The man is an absolute wealth of knowledge and a true gem. He truly cares about his community and giving people the best deals he can.”

“It's close to home and I can get groceries without having to go to Walmart. The Tru-Value hardware store inside sometimes makes it confusing since you can walk into it by mistake. The store should do a reset and make the line between the groceries and the True Value more defined.”
