“Wind from a severe storm caused extensive damage to our roof. We needed anew roof, and a local contractor advised us to contact Guardian Adjustment LLC. We did just that and are so glad we did! Long story short, thru their efforts we were able to recover the entire cost of the new roof that we needed as well as the “hold back” charge which the insurance company initially reserves from paying out till later, if at all. Needless to say, we are very pleased and grateful for Guardian’s service and highly recommend engaging their representation in dealing with the insurance industry.”

“I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts.
