“Had an issue with plumbing installation and had to go get a diverter to fix the issue. Started at lansdale Ferguson and the 2 guys (I don’t know their names) were so helpful dumbing it down for me so i could understand. They found the part I needed in New Britain store so they called and asked them to hold it for me. I went to New Britain store where it was waiting for me, so fast and home I went. Well Delta packaged the 3 way diverter into a 6 way diverter box so it didn’t work and I had to return to New Britain store to get the right one. They called all over the place and tried to find me this rare piece. Steve, Kevin and Keith were all making calls and searching online for it and they found one!! They were so helpful and just wanted to make sure I got what I needed, even calling family who worked in the business to see if they could locate one. They refunded the one that was in the wrong packaging from Delta and I should have what my plumber needs within 24hrs. I learned a lot about plumbing today and I can say that both the Lansdale and the New Britain store have employees who will help you understand exactly what you need. Great job today Steve, Kevin & Keith in New Britain and the 2 guys whose names i didn’t get in Lansdale. I hope your boss sees this review cause you are the best!!”

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to Jesse, Logan, Nick, and Jeremy for loading a huge item into my SUV this morning! If you need help loading something into your vehicle, just ask the guys in the orange vests outside in the parking lot. They are happy to help and they work as a team to get the job done!”

“Gas prices are good here for regular but not always worth going out ur way for the premium prices. The seasoned attendant that's been their for years I hav know words for so ignorant. As of some of the other staff I encounter here and their, very friendly.”

“Great value for money as always. Need to be wary that they sell items in bulk and is almost a wholesale warehouse. So ensure that you don't end up throwing items that won't be consumed, since you tend to get bored and tired of eating like huge bag of chips for a small family, so it depends on family size for buying bulk or large packets. But definitely value for money in general.”

“If you're a member of BJ's this place often has the best gas prices around. If you go first thing in the morning or late at night you're usually in and out but weekends are always busy.”

“Poorly designed layout, it can be very crowded at times and hard to get to certain pumps because of the poor layout. And if there's somebody on the opposite pump, it pumps very slow”

“Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!

“Just purchased a gas dryer for our new home. I knew nothing about gas lines and or how they worked. Home depot failed me miserably. I walked in on Monday morning with the hose and fitting and Bob knew exactly what I needed without me even speaking. Super friendly staff and some metal music to boot! ?. Thank you again Bob!”

“I just want to give a shoutout of the Costco bakery! My son is obsessed with the ice cream truck and wanted an ice cream themed birthday party this year and even though it wasn’t an option the Costco bakery team made his ice cream cone cake design happen. And it was delicious as always!”

“I have been shopping at this location for years and have been content. BJ's is know to carry the same things for a long time so you can rely on them for consistency. This location is usually calm no matter when you go unless it's the holidays. Even then, it's still calm compared to other places. Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to help you find something or check to see if something is in stock in the back. Eric (I think that's his name) at the deli is extremely nice! I don't think I've ever seen him without a smile when visiting this location. He is very patient with every customer and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want and how you want it. They also have a gas station at this location but I can get pretty crowded sometimes. It's still worth the wait. I just wish the location had better produce. The potatoes and the bagged salad always seem to be on the verge of going bad. I think this might be an overall BJ's issue because I've seen the same thing at other locations. Self checkout can be a bit disorganized sometimes depending on who is working that area. The older gentleman at the door also fainted a great trip recently. I had maybe four items in my cart which were very visible. He counted these items several times and on the last count ended up ripping my receipt. He apologized but I thought this was very unnecessary as there was a cart before mine that had over thirty items that he barely glanced over. For those of us in this community who shop here often, we know he takes his job SERIOUSLY so when I saw him briefly scan over the very full cart ahead of me I thought "Wow, new year new him." I was wrong. I collected my newly ripped receipt and left. Besides the receipt incident, I do like this location. The store is organized and usually has my go to staples.”

“Great place to get the monthly restock of paper towels, snacks, etc. I recently bought a couch here and Jesse was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my requests. He did a fantastic job setting up and assembling the couch. He also always helps load cases of water into my car with a smile. 10/10 service, I’ll definitely consider buying more furniture and appliances from Costco in the future because of this experience!”

“I had a great experience at the deli. An employee named Nubian was incredibly kind and thorough. I asked if she could clean the machine, and she took her time, did it carefully, and stayed friendly and professional throughout the entire interaction. In the past, I have made the same request and been met with frustration or impatience, even though it is a reasonable need for people with different dietary restrictions.

“I came in and checked out on 5/17/25 around 5pm with Sam and I just wanted to say she was absolutely amazing! Great customer service, very happy and bubbly even with a long line behind me. Explained the plus membership along with all the benefits to me so great to the point I am going home and upgrading. We definitely need more customer service workers like her. “I like the stores, products and selection. I loved that they recently opened one near my office. Staff is always helpful. I don't like that they don't allow two people that don't live together to be on a membership. You have to have the same address. It isn't worth it for me as I live alone and don't need many things in bulk. I hope one day they change that policy. So for now I'll go when I can, on a weekend, with my boyfriend. I do love their rotisserie chicken!”

“It's Costco. Not much more to say. Regular friendly staff has been with them a while-limited turnover makes staff knowledgeable about store procedures and merchandise. Good prices but some disappointing turnover of favorite brands. They have gas if you can get in line. Costco”

“Pro's: You can get the best deal on gasoline for your car at Sam's club. Typically twenty cents cheaper than any random fill up spot. Another very recent discovery, if you download the scan and go app you get special deals on some merchandise that is not offered when you check out at the register. To reiterate, you the customer scan all the items in your cart, you pay for it on your app, and you do not have to go through the long check out lines. Con's: Parking lot is a freaking zoo. Always. I haven't read through most of the reviews here on Yelp for Sam's Club, but why are most people giving it a two? Many are complaining about customer service. What kind of freaking service are you looking for? If it goes further then what aisle is xyz product in you should maybe check yourself. You are at a deep discount store not a country club.As always people SYOY!!!”

“I’ve been shopping at this BJ’s for years, and I usually use the pickup service. The pickup manager is always very nice, and the staff members I’ve dealt with have generally been friendly and helpful. The pickup process is usually pretty easy and convenient.

I don’t go inside the store very often, but when I do, it’s usually clean, well organized, and easy to get around and find what I need.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with this location over the years, especially with the pickup department.”

“Shoutout to James Harris and Kelvin (yes, Kelvin like the unit of measurement). These two did not have an easy day with my car and they never once acted like it was my problem to deal with.

One of my tires wouldd not seal no matter what they tried, and instead of shrugging and telling me to come back another time, they kept at it almost an hour longer than scheduled. Then it got worse: another wheel had the lug nuts broken on all of them. Kelvin stayed on that one wheel for a solid forty minutes, kneeling on the ground, sweating, running through every tool he had. There were a few moments where I honestly thought he was going to call it, and he just kept going until it came off.

The whole time, they answered every single one of my questions and I asked a lot without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. We were laughing and joking through the entire thing. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting my car right as much as I did.
