“I went there for a Tuesday giveaway but actually fell completely for this location. It was actually bigger inside than I thought. They have a good amount of items in stock. Not nearly as busy as Lincoln Lancaster location. What really sold me were the sales people. Coty was a great help. He answered my questions and even sold me on my next phone. I intend to go back to this T-Mobile in the future.”

“I had a really good experience like I have always had at the Ephrata PA location for the past 1 years that I have had verizon.Jamie had answered all of my questions in regards to getting my son a very nice tablet. He even went over my account to get the best plan for the tablet.EDIT!!!!! do not I say do not do business with Jaymie in Verizon. I thought everything was in motion and come to find out that he did not now what he was doing and come to say that I'm getting a credit but will have to wait now 2-3 months.This is the worst customer service that I have gotten when I have been a loyal customer service for over a year.”

“I have had Verizon for years and I have went to many Verizon stores for upgrades etc. usually leaving disappointed and this location is by far the best !!! A gentleman named Freddie helped my husband and I. From the moment we walked in until we left he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions as we upgraded our phone and purchased accessories. He made the whole process quick and easy! The store was clean and the other employee working was friendly as well. We could not be happier or more thankful with our experience! Thank you Freddie for all of your help! If you need anything for your Verizon plan, drive to the store in Gap and go see Freddie! He’s the best! Thank you and we will be back!”

“Friendly staff that does their best to help. Not sure they actually understand everything they are signing you up for though. My wife any I joined Firstnet for first responders. But it was not explained that we would need to make separate accounts. With Firstnet, you get a free Apple Watch. But it is a watch that requires its own service plan which is also not explained.Signing up with Firstnet is a lesson in frustration on its own even if the website works properly.Moral of the story: make sure you do your own research on everything you’re signing up for here. The sales rep seems to have the best intentions without all of the information.”

“After traveling from my campsite about 2 hours away, I realized I forgot my face mask in my bag in my tent. I was here to purchase a face mask to be able to enter other stores in the area. I was skeptical to enter without a mask due to the policy. I slowly walked in and asked an associate if I can purchase a face mask. She was nice enough to find a free mask to allow me to enter the store to shop.The mask was brand new, but disposable. It worked enough to allow me to purchase a set of masks. The quality of the mask was suitable for reusable use. Since I was inside, I looked around to see if I could spot any great sales. The self-checkout was very efficient. Overall, this Target was in the perfect location with amazing customer service. Thank you.”
