“I was having ongoing phone issues that tech support couldn’t resolve over the phone, so they sent me to the T-Mobile store for help. While I really wish technical support could have resolved the issue without requiring a trip to the store or passing the burden onto the sales team I’m grateful for the excellent help I received once I arrived. Preston was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He stepped in, got everything handled efficiently, and made the visit worthwhile. Preston provided outstanding customer service, but I hope the process between tech support and in-store assistance can be improved.”
