He was very informative and helpful. I'm paying under $100 for 2 lines and 2 watches as I was paying over $150 before. That money adds up annually especially in this economy. “Sam is the best after receiving my replacement phone Monday morning I've went through hell to get it reactivated had the worst customer service after spending 4 hours in store for two days because they wanted to charge me a 28 dollar fee to reactivate my phone when it's free when you have a replacement phone from the insurance. He went above and beyond trying to do what needed to be done to get me a phone and I think that he should be promoted or get employee of the month or some kind of bonus because you can tell he's like that with all his customers, not just me. He's a very valuable asset to your company, and I feel he should get some recognition for his outstanding hardworking production.
