“We've been working with Elite for almost 7 years now, and have never had a need to complain. They are wonderful to work with & always timely & efficient.”
“This place is the best and is so convenient for all your mailing and shipping needs. The owner is so kind and I love that the shop also sells pretty plants. One of my favorite businesses in Lancaster!”

2694 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bird in Hand“The postmaster is just the most amazing postal worker we have ever met. Most consider it a bother to even sell you a stamp. But he (I believe Jim is his name) is the best with no competition. He really has the most skill when it comes to genuine customer service.”
“I needed large prints for my aunts memorial. She lived in North Carolina and was 103 years old. We were very limited on the selection of photos of her. Kevin at Staples was the absolute best with helping me select the best photo possible with the limited choices I had. Thank you Kevin, I really appreciate your customer service/ support.”

735 Marticville Rd, Pequea“Best auction shipping service ever! I'm restoring a vintage Mercedes, and I was more excited than you can imagine when I found a HUGE lot of parts that fit my car at Conestoga Auctions. My only problem was - how to get them shipped to the other side of the country without losing any of these vintage treasures, without breaking, and without breaking my bank. Postal Connections in Lancaster completely saved the day for me. This was 300 pounds of parts. Many were new in box, some were old and greasy. Postal Connections picked everything up for me from the auction, packed them perfectly, and arranged the shipping . It was never going to be cheap, weighing that much, but they did a fantastic job keeping prices down and even offering multiple options to ship on a pallet by truck or through Fed Ex. I was worried about damage, but you never have to again. Not one item was broken. Not one of the original boxes even seemed dented or scratched. Not one drop of grease leaked out of the plastic wrap they used. So my point is...if they can ship me 300 lbs of mixed steel, glass, and chrome, get it here 3 days early, without a scratch, they can ship anything. Thank you to Elizabeth the owner who helped me, and anyone else on the team who did such a great job.”

1296 Lititz Pike, Lancaster“In Staples, I always find what I need , they have very good services and very good merchandise and electronics. The workers are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.”
“From the second she answered my phone call, employee ERIKA was extremely polite, sweet, and informative. She has a positive attitude and seems to be very knowledgeable!! She went the extra mile to make sure I had exactly what I needed today and made a difference enough in my experience to make me want to right this review. Thank you for your time and great service today! They came out perfectly!”
“Update! So the package finally did show up at its destination! 3 months late! It was not the shops fault it was USPS and their unreliable service lately! I apologize to Postal Connections for my previous bad review. However, it would be nice if there would be tracking available at the store for USPS to prevent future confusion. For that reason I will take USPS items to the post office directly.”
“Every year, like so many other teachers in our community, I go to stores like Staples to buy school supplies for students who may otherwise not have what they need for the upcoming school year. For the last two years now, the manager at this location has gone above and beyond to help me! He showed me how to download and navigate the Rewards program, all of the coupons, and the best deals, so I would be able to buy the most for these students. He was amazingly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely wanted to be helpful. It's people like him that help make a difference. I definitely recommend shopping at this store!”

14J Center St, Intercourse“Needed to mail a post card internationally and the clerk knew exactly what to do and had a stamp at the ready. Boom! In and out in less two minutes. Very clean faculty too and parking ample available.”
“Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.”
“Tis' the season for lines, but well worth the wait when getting to the counter. She went above and beyond to help me on a busy Saturday morning. At this post office you feel like a friend not a #. Great customer service is key.”

1713 Kirkwood Pike, Kirkwood“Absolutely love all the workers here! They know me and my PO box on sight, always so friendly and accommodating. When I was pregnant they even got me diapers and a hand-knitted baby blanket - so sweet I could cry. Sad that 1/2 the staff just retired but I hope they don't move the new postmaster!”

1813 Olde Homestead Ln, Lancaster“Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.”

“I enjoy this post-office. Nice and small and quiet. Always get what I need here. Be careful of the entitled drivers who come up on the curb and don't care if there's a pedestrian there. Maybe they should park across the street?”
