“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”

They informed us the parts were still on the vehicle, so we brought our own tools. And honestly, for the price we paid, it was so worth it! “After a terrible experience with AAA subcontractor.Gary towing showed up Sunday ready to go. They looked at vehicle off road and gave a price far less than the towing service from evening before. They accepted payment by credit card. Hooked truck to wench and out came vehicle almost 85 feet. Processed payment, thanked me and down the road. Will use again Mayne dropping AAA after such a negative experience with them and Gary's was so Positive”
