“We purchased a used 2018 Chevy Trax in June to surprise our granddaughter, and waited several months to write this review to make sure there weren’t any issues—there haven’t been any. The price and quality of the car were amazing. Working with Mondale was a great experience from start to finish. We’re very happy with our purchase and would gladly recommend him and this dealership to others.”

“pleasent experience at Thornton Automotive Dover. TYLER MC (sales). and Chuck W. (manager) where very helpful in the process, well informed, and made the process easier. They always kept good communication and are available for help or questions that one may have even after a purchase. I would recommend doing business with them. As I walked out with a 2019 Ram Bighorn which I now love.”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Matt Nguyen as my sales associate, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Matt was extremely thorough in explaining all of my options and taking the time to go over the paperwork with me. What stood out to me most was that I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me unnecessary add-ons. I genuinely felt like Matt listened to what I was saying, understood what I was looking for, and helped me find a vehicle that I absolutely love. Matt made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest, and an enjoyable experience.”

“Recently bought a low mileage engine from Bill for my 2006 Mustang GT. Jamie, Bill and his worker friend (didn’t get his name) were all great to work with and went above and beyond to help me. Installed the engine this past weekend and could not be happier. Thanks to Bill and his lifelong friend for their expertise and for ensuring I had the engine properly secured and protected for my long trip back home. A tribute to old-school knowledge and honest, conscientious people, hard to find these days! Would highly recommend this family run business, and would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.”
