I wish I could comment on other people's reviews. I've been dealing with citizens back when it was PSFS. Never had a problem and wherever Rose goes to I usually follow if I ever have bank questions. To the person who mentioned about roll of quarters, the employees cannot trust everyone that comes in to cash out

I have been going to Citizens in Newtown Square for many years.Their customer service is excellent. Rose and Jennifer took time to explain any question asked and were very kind and considerate anytime I had a concern.
