“I wish I could comment on other people's reviews. I've been dealing with citizens back when it was PSFS. Never had a problem and wherever Rose goes to I usually follow if I ever have bank questions. To the person who mentioned about roll of quarters, the employees cannot trust everyone that comes in to cash out”
“Ramona is the absolute best banker I’ve ever had! She is knowledgeable, She is efficient ,and she’s also very kind. Her patience are unmatched. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mona a few times now and every time she did a phenomenal job. i’m lucky to have her at the bank that I go to. She deserves a raise!”
“I had never had to wire money from an account before, so I was a bit apprehensive. Jessica D. was incredibly helpful and made the entire process effortless. She was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jessica!”
“I walked in this afternoon and had the pleasure of working with Mary. She expressed she does not usually work at the Newtown Square office, but she was nothing but kind, helpful, and hard working. I hope PNC appreciates the type of employee they have in Mary!”
