Their approach to patient care was compassionate and comprehensive. SO glad I passed out at this location and not another random blood drawn place.”
“Went to this location today and had a great experience with the phlebotomist Amanda. I brought my 10 month old son for a blood draw and Amanda went above and beyond with how she treated him. He was a very hard stick but Amanda is a very skilled phlebotomist and was able to complete everything he needed. Can’t thank her enough for how she treated my son!”

I would recommend her any day. Kristine was amazing at what she does didn’t even notice I was getting a needle. She made me feel comfortable even though I don’t enjoy needles. “Over all decent experience. Wasn't thrilled with the fact that no one was there to greet me or check me in when I got there , and had to use a kiosk to check in. The process wasn't difficult, but I guess this is the way the world is going. No human greeting anymore. No staff there upon arriving.
I waited a little while but then finally the staff showed up. After that , it was smooth sailing. Very quick. And efficient. A girl named Lisa took my blood and she had to be the most precise phlebotomist I ever encountered. She was quick, accurate, and the procedure was fast and painless. She was pleasant as well once I got into the room. Never had such an easy blood drawn experience. In and out.”

“I had blood drawn here and actually registered on line. Went to facility and there is a kiosk with no staff. Person in front of me was foreign and could not read the kiosk and no one to help..15 min wait and he still got no help..once past the door my tech was more than nice and did the task quickly..results took a bit longer than other places I've been but this place is ok”

“The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.”

“BCL is hands down the quickest and best local lab, instead of waiting an hr+ to have your blood drawn you'll literally be at BCL for 10 mins even if you've never been there before... Vannida & Jaime are amazing receptionists.. the specimens all get tested and resulted super quick and the people at BCL will meet your needs and expectations”
“Had my blood taken by a technician named Nia or Nya, she was terrific, usually they have problems finding my veins but this was quick and nearly painless.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, I did have an appointment.”

“I really don't enjoy giving blood but I had to go today for some blood work. There is only one staff member working there named Charlyce who is responsible for pretty much all the functions of the office.When I walked in she was cleaning all the relevant areas as well as checking people in performing their phlebotomy etc Charlyce is probably the best phlebotomist I've ever had and I could barely even feel the initial needle entry into my vein. She's very pleasant, highly efficient and took an interest in attention to detail and if I have any more blood work I'm going to make sure I go see her. If anyone from LabCorp reads these you better promote her because the second I get a chance I'm going to take her from you and hire her for myself!
Addendum: I saw Charlyce again today, as usual she was by far the best blood draw Ive ever had, and as usual she was her pleasant self. Anyone that doesnt enjoy needles or blood draws should look into this place- with quickness.”

“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”
