“Nothing but praise for the team at United Tire of Phoenixville. I took my recently purchased, high-mileage, '06 CRV in for some trouble I was experiencing while driving it. It sounded loud and it drove rough, it took forever to accelerate, and it was burning gas like a 16-wheeler. The team looked it over and gave me two possible causes and estimates. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me, and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars and I've never had to deal with an older, high-mileage vehicle, so I was particularly anxious about the safety of the car. Jake and Bob were so friendly and helpful when they walked me through what to be paying attention to and how to take care of the car after I got it fixed. I took it back to fix the exhaust system and after the repairs the car drives damn near like new! At least a lot smoother and quieter than it did before UToP replaced the exhaust. It's been a week since that repair and I've experienced no other issues; the car runs beautifully. The 12,000 mile/1year warranty on the work performed gives me peace of mind that if anything does go wrong with the exhaust in that time frame, I can go back to this team and they'll take care of my vehicle. On top of their great work ethic and solid repair, these guys are just super friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. When you walk in, they make you feel like you're going to get your car fixed by your buddy of 10 years, even if they've just met you. Amazing customer service. To everyone at UToP, thank you for your hard work. My only regret is that I don't live in Phoenixville to make this location my dedicated shop!”

I was worried nobody would have time to help, Roman was the technician that serviced my vehicle. He was professional and efficient. I would return to this Mavis location for future services.”

“Came in to get my tires filled in a pinch - Wawa siphoned the air from my tires instead of filling them at the station. Staff were welcoming and filled my tires for me quickly despite me overhearing they were busy. Would reccomend going back for maintenance”

“I want to thank Marple Automotive Center for being awesome! I was planning a last-minute trip and needed to get my truck in for an oil change. Marple Automotive Center was the only place that could take me on such short notice.
They told me to drop the truck off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day, and they got the job done quickly and professionally. They were also the most affordable option in the area.
When I picked up my truck, the owner even came out, shook my hand, and personally welcomed me to the automotive center. That kind of customer service really means something.

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!! My college student’s car passed inspection (at a place near home) but they told us the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They were headed back to school so I called a well known chain near campus that was running a “brake special” and after looking at the car they told me it needed over $1700 worth of work. I declined and sent her over to pick up the car—when she went to pick it up they told her not to drive the car more than 25 miles without bringing it back in to have the wheels tightened….WHAT??? Enter Wynnewood Park Service. I called and spoke to Dennis who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. We had to reschedule the appointment due to the snowstorm, but they looked at the car this morning and it needs….NOTHING—at least not right now. He said the brakes will need replacing but not immediately and that I could safely wait til later in the spring/summer to do the work. He also gave me an estimated cost that was far more reasonable than the first place. As a single mom with a college kid on a fairly tight budget I deeply appreciated his honesty and his explanations of what he found and what would be needed. It was refreshing to work with a shop who operates with such integrity!!!! This will give me time to budget for the work, rather than having to put it on my credit card and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Wynnewood Park Service in the spring to have the work done before graduation!!”

“All of the mechanics here are great. Brad is always making sure to hook me up with the best and affordable prices. Once during the winter, instead of wasting my money and our time, he told me to wait till after the ice melts and come back in if the issue was still happening. Huge life saver! I come to this place for all my car work, inspections, oil changes, and any noise my car might make that I'm unsure of. I live fairly close by, and so Brad has also picked me up from my house to come to the shop so that I can pay and take my car home without having to pay for an Uber, or wait for someone else to be free! “Took my car to AMF Auto Clinic in Brookhaven PA for an oil change and for a look at my brakes - the sensor in my BMW 4 Series indicated something was amiss. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the service and inspection in record time - and for fractions of what a BMW dealership would charge. On top of that Kevin refused to charge me for work he had done previously. These folks are great at what they do and Kevin is honest to fault.
