I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.

When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??

They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.

Amazing shop! Amazing family! Great people! I pray they get all the business they can handle and more in 2026. They’re the 00001% of auto repair shops that are customer centric not currency centric!

“After my car battery died I called around for options and what a surprise, after the ridiculous response from the local Hyundai dealer i have used for 10 years that i would have to wait a month for an appt i called Autozone in mongormeryville. Very helpful phone conversation, they had a battery for my car and would install at no charge and bring it in 'today' are you listening Conicelli? this is customer service.....do i have to explain to you that a dealership should have 1 guy to handle walk-ins or emergencies or is that too complicated for you? highly recommend dealing with Autozone.”

“Customer service has been above and beyond with Kathy and Ben. I do basic work on my family's cars and have been able to order online and pickup easily. I received a call from Kathy within 5 min of placing the order about a part that would be available next day so I wouldn't be left waiting for confirmation. I was also offered a cart to carry an almost 70lb battery out to my vehicle, very helpful. Quality of parts is on the higher end of auto stores and the warranties are easy to process when needed. I recommend this location. The only negative would be limited store hours but that can be worked around.”

“I just had the most exceptional experience with Guy and his team of professional technicians at Pep Boys in East Norriton, Pennsylvania!!! The service was excellent and I was in and out in the time frame that I was told. Not only this, they took good care not to soil the interior of my vehicle, did a superb job, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and to my surprise, the service was FREE and to top it of, they thanked ME for coming in?!!! This is unheard of these days! Most businesses are raising prices and further burdening the community whereas it was just the opposite here.
