“When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. Hannah was my teller today. I think someone may have called out. The woman has the communication skills of a CEO. I want to stay with Citizens due to Hannah and my initial experience getting my 17 yr old's account with Sabina, who has also been so nice over the few years since I started my account, and salvaged from my disappointment of moving to tech, no teller at the grocery store location, by my great, easy, and communicative experience wIth HANNAH. I believe I also saw the old teller from Giant at this branch today, a total sweetheart as well, and wish I had gotten her name to add here. THANK YOU, CITIZEN'S. KEEP HER, OR I'M LEAVING.”

“Here to send a big thank you to Lauren Adams! I applied for an IHG card on 3/25 and it only just got approved today 6/12 with Lauren’s help. I have received at least 7 letters saying my application was denied even though my credit is very good. I called the customer service lines myself at least 8 times in the last 4 months trying to get it sorted. I went to another branch in Devon and they had me present my id for authorization but were not helpful, nothing changed and they didn’t follow up. Finally, I came to this branch and talked to Lauren. She sent my docs for authorization again, followed up, and finally called the fraud department with me on the line and it was finally approved after 4 months. Thank you Lauren!”

“This location I want it to be my main location . Usually if I have to go into a location it’s the one in king of Prussia because it’s closer to me but I had a bad experience at the king of Prussia location with one of the banker specialists so I decided to come to this location instead and love it here . Everyone here at Audubon is so friendly and welcoming and the environment is fresher and so open . Also plenty of parking and easy to get to . Nsofwa was my banker for my appointment on Feb 17. She assisted me in opening my business account and I felt like family there . She is so calming and friendly and her co worker sitting next to her is very nice as well. I will definitely be back here for any further banking needs that requires in person visits . Thank you Audubon for saving the day because after my experience at KOP, I was literally thinking of opening my business account with a different bank but Nsofwa to save the day . Thanks”
