My cousin has autism and sometimes has difficulty communicating complex ideas to strangers so when he needed to come in to replace his debit card, it was quite a nerve-wracking process. “When I went to the bank, I am in the process of closing my account due to the decision to change grocery stores to NO TELLER virtual reality sites via an atm. I'm old school. Hannah was my teller today. I think someone may have called out. The woman has the communication skills of a CEO. I want to stay with Citizens due to Hannah and my initial experience getting my 17 yr old's account with Sabina, and salvaged by my great, easy, and communicative experience wIth HANNAH. I had a horrible experience with a different bank prior to coming in and setting up my accounts with Chase Bank, which put a lot of pressure on me. “Small bank in a newly renovated shopping center. I usually come here to do withdrawals from the ATM because of the convenience. It is located in shipping.m center with many other stores, including dollar tree. The ATM runs smoothly and I’ve never had any problem with this machine. The only issue I have is the hours. With weekday business hours of 9am-5pm by the time I am done work, they are already closed.”
