The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”

“Simon and his team are such an excellent group to work with during the past 5 years. I always receive timely responses and great communication on any auto or home insurance issues. For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part. The fabulous service and the following stable insurance fee convinced me that Simon’s group is the best and I will not transfer to other insurance company anymore (I did transfer from one company to other every half-year or a year before I met Simon’s team). In fact, my current insurance fees are comparable to those five years ago when Simon sent me the 1st quote. Although they are slightly increased, the prices are fair/acceptable. Company in North East Philly for over 8yrs. & counting.
