I rented a truck from U-Haul and that was a great service however my uncle rented a storage locker from them, and that turned out to be a nightmare, I drove him there to pay for the month and the wait time was 30 minutes

They must have seen the reviews and started to try harder at the customer service but. Ive went here twice recently, once right as they were closing and they were still helpful, friendly and professional. Helped me save some money.
