The cook Kristy(who I graduated with)does and amazing job cooking and she’s always a blast to talk to! They have a nice selection of hot and cold drinks as well as tobacco products! “I'm going to give them five stars because I believe they will listen to what I am saying as follows!
The self checkout can be utilized by first responders, police, and veterans if they are coming in for their free 12 oz drink by simply scanning their driver's license. Why hold up the line and create a longer line for the officer who simply wants a 12 oz complimentary beverage? Why stress out the cashier needlessly? Unless Giant ? is trying to compel us to buy something, which is possible, probable actually, then they should have this feature on the self checkout forthwith. If not, I shall reduce the five-star rating down to one star and I'll quit going to the store. I'll try to give free coffee and drinks two passers-by so they'll quit going to the store.
If it's about efficiency, so be it; make it efficient. First responders, police and veterans will buy things from the store if they so choose. Don't lull them into coming in with a carrot. Give them the carrot then they will solicit your business. Make them chase the carrot and they'll put you out of business. And that Mr ? is good business and how you conduct the same. So Be It!”

“Edit- 4 stars as the service has been great during the day lately.
Food is usually okay but picking it up can be hit or miss, I think it depends on the crew, because usually during the day it's a 5 star location.
I always mobile order and am there when my order is supposed to be ready or beforehand. Food is 4/5, usually good. Sometimes it's cold immediately when you pick it up.
Milkshakes were melted last time I ordered them and appeared at the predicted ready time, so either they made them the second the order was put in and don't account for the predicted time or something went wrong, since usually a freshly made milkshake should be good for at least 5-10 minutes before it's completely melted
Only other things are a lot of the time they don't put the food at the pickup counter and you have to ask for it, Drive through is pretty slow. Never gotten sick from the food or anything however so could be worse. Would be a 5 star if the good order experiences were consistent”

“This is my local spot, so I am here often. Place is always clean and organized. The made to order food is prepared fast, and I have never had anything bad. The employees are friendly and helpful. “Doing a road trip from California. I've stopped at literally 40+ charging stations/ gas stations. This is the best food bar none. The milkshake is better than any I've had from even restaurants. The prices on the food is great. Staff is super welcoming and friendly. I couldn't recommend this place more.”

“Last week I came in with my friends daughter who is only 16 and I wanted to get her a drink and a snack and so it turns out that I didn't have enough money for both and of course I felt bad so I told her to put one thing back so the Kirsten was working and she said don't worry about and paid for both of the items IT was SOOO NICE of Kirsten to go above and beyond her duties to make our visit a pleasant and sweet surprise!!
