“My wife and 87 year old father in law wanted to upgrade her Samsung and his iPhone to the current models because it's been a while.
We walked in and 1 other client was ahead of us, but Ross greeted us immediately in a very friendly way.
He asked us what we were there for and offered for us to look around to see what we wanted while he took care of his other client.
We didn't need to wait long until Ross helped us figure out what we needed, found the best deal for us and began the upgrade process, which always takes at least an hour to process and begin the transfer process between the phones (images, apps, preferences...etc)
The other client Ross was taking care of was a Penn Stater as well as my father in law. So, my FIL went in to story mode while the other client took interest in his stories from the 50s.
Time flew by at that point.
Phones were upgraded, purchased and the other client left. As we were getting ready to leave, another couple came in to upgrade their phones. We quickly figured out that they were the parents of the client that was in earlier and the dad was also a PS alumni. Oh, we had to end that story telling session early.
Ross was very informative, fast, friendly, honest and funny!
All he was missing was Rachel. Who, apparently, works with him at the Greensburg Verizon location near Wallmart.
We will be back! Ross bounces between that Greensburg and Delmont location. Ask for him by name! Just don't ask for Rachel in Delmont. She doesn't usually work there and it might make Ross sad if you ask. 😀”

“Yes I went into one of your stores to make my first payment today & had a question and what to do about the constant pop up not only were very friendly they completely understood my problem, corrected & showed me the apps that were causing my pop ups too keep appearing, and again happy to be a T-Mobile customer one month cant say that about one of competitors one month in I wanted to leave them , as for another one of your competitors I didn't care for there customer service”
