Some customers wish the store allowed entry directly at the pharmacy entrance for prescription pick-up instead of walking through the store. Does not matter time or day. You can wait for 2 hours expecting someone to answer the phone and it won't happen. You used to ve able to call them, not anymore.

If you call in and need to speak to someone, you are put on an automatic hold. ..........and no one ever comes on the line.............ever. Never going back. There are other pharmacies close by who treat their clients with compassion and respect.
