    “I like shopping at Giant Eagle in White Oak. I also enjoyed working with my managers Renee, Royal, Carol, and Irene. The store is just too small for the population that it serves so llines at the register can be long and tedious for the customers. Overall, I think that Giant Eagle is doing what they can to keep prices low. The produce is fresh, the bakery is delicious, and the White Oak community is very friendly.”

    “Sanaa and her team at the North Huntingdon location are phenomenal. We were in a time crunch trying to get our IVF medications, and needed a prescription transferred over quickly. Despite it being right at closing time, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their compassion, urgency, and willingness to help during such an important and stressful time meant the world to us. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
