“While out of town, this auto center took me in as a walk in and got my damaged tire changed quickly and effectively. Great and fast service, reasonably priced! It was a stressful situation to deal with while out of town, but I was able to safely drive back across the state with my new tire!”

“I had a flat tire on the side of the road recently, Naiel and his family/friends stopped to help me. They were incredibly kind and professional — went out of their way to make sure I was safe and got my spare tire on quickly. Even though I ended up getting my tire repaired somewhere closer to home, I was really impressed by their generosity and willingness to help a stranger. If the rest of the team is anything like the person I met, I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, helpful service.”

Needed an oil change before leaving town. Gwyn was super friendly and loved talking with the kids. Oil, filter, and battery were changed in about 15 minutes. They even topped off the coolant, which was 2 quarts low (and the ford chocran had just replaced there water pump the week previous).

“This is not a cheap place, howwver if you are in a pinch and need someone to help you out they are great at doing the basics. Sure, develop a relationship with a trusted shop. But this is a great alternative of you need something done quick or without an appointment.
They helped me out after I mad a mistake with my calipers. Great service and great waiting area I could work from.”
“My husband and I recently relocated to Pittsburgh and I needed to have my car inspected and complete an emissions test to have it registered. Being that my car is older, I wanted to find a reputable place that wouldn’t nickel-and-dime me over unnecessary repairs as I don’t drive it as often anymore. Homer’s seemed to always be the place that was most recommended whether on Google, Reddit, etc., so I took a chance and dropped it off. J. went above and beyond to help us get things taken care of and on the road and didn’t create unnecessary issues for us to pay to fix. “There pretty good here. The up sale in filter I didn’t mind as I needed it, only about $10 more than Amazon and I didn’t have to charge it myself add order it so I gave em the sale, they work with us on corp rates and I like they show the oil but I’d like to see a video of the charging the filler as done I’d these places screw you like the other place used to up 51 do that’s why we go here now. But a video can be great to really know the filter is being charged. But this crew seems pretty good and polished.”

“I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube #416 on Baum Blvd. I headed there late on a Wednesday evening as, my car had suddenly began to smell like burning plastic when the heat was running. I was very concerned and headed straight there as soon as I was able to. With it being only about an hour until close I was worried I wouldn't be seen or met with positivity. However, the manager, Mike, welcomed me with a smile. He listened to me when I shared my concerns and let me know that I could count on him to get me back on the road! He walked me to the waiting room, and came back to show me the culprit which was severely low oil (I'm usually consistent with my oil changes but it got away from me this time). He and his teammates went through the service checklist and educated and showed me the reason for my issues such as a debris filled cabin filter. Camille, who was at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me pass the time. Mike also provided some great discounts/promotions which made a huge difference in the overall cost. All of this to say, I was well taken care of and I will certainly be back. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube team that was working that night - Camille, Mike, and John - for getting me in and out quickly and with peace of mind and also for your kindness and exemplary customer service! It was truly appreciated on a day where that positivity and kindness was sorely needed and appreciated. Thank you! :)”
“If I could give these guys six stars instead of five stars, I would. My windshield wiper came off while I was driving on the PA turnpike. I was on my way to a business meeting and it was raining, so I needed to get a new wiper installed. I called ahead and by the time I got there they were ready for me. I gave the attendant my keys and went into pay for my new wiper and installation. No sooner than I finished the transaction, my vehicle was finished. I was very very very very happy with the service and the courteous reception I received. P. S. My total price was about $12 less than I expected to pay out the door. I highly recommend this location.”
“Be careful when making an appointment for tires. Its best to make the appointment online and purchase tires that way. I made an appointment at the store and the employee assured me my tires would be set aside for my appointment. I work the overnight shift and when I got out of work, I headed over to Walmart for my scheduled appointment. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes( they were busy) only to be told my tires were never set aside and I would have to reschedule. They didn't have any other tires in my size. I was upset but the employee was very nice and understanding. He repeatedly apologized for his coworkers mistake. I will use this place again but order my tires online next time.”

“They had a Facebook promo for $37 oil changes. However, the oil my car takes (0w16) did not qualify, so I called to ask how much it would be. Mike said he would honor the $37 special for me and to just ask for him.
He was true to his word. There was no wait, and it was quick and easy. This location has a drive-thru, so you can just wait in your car.
There was a $3.11 shop service fee and tax of course. Total cost was under $45 for fully synthetic.”
