“They normally add air in my tires without me asking. I needed air this time and was not thinking to ask them. Is it my fault or theirs? If you can remind me if I need an air filter please remind me I need air. A small thing I come back for the care and I have getting my oil changed at Valvoline since I had my first car and they taught me the importance of getting your oil changed every 3000 miles ???. That’s over 30 years of smiles so I am spoiled when I complain about tires not being filled. You must always work hard to achieve a goal that is unreachable but I believe in Valvoline”

“I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube #416 on Baum Blvd. I headed there late on a Wednesday evening as, my car had suddenly began to smell like burning plastic when the heat was running. I was very concerned and headed straight there as soon as I was able to. With it being only about an hour until close I was worried I wouldn't be seen or met with positivity. However, the manager, Mike, welcomed me with a smile. He listened to me when I shared my concerns and let me know that I could count on him to get me back on the road! He walked me to the waiting room, and came back to show me the culprit which was severely low oil (I'm usually consistent with my oil changes but it got away from me this time). He and his teammates went through the service checklist and educated and showed me the reason for my issues such as a debris filled cabin filter. Camille, who was at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me pass the time. Mike also provided some great discounts/promotions which made a huge difference in the overall cost. All of this to say, I was well taken care of and I will certainly be back. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube team that was working that night - Camille, Mike, and John - for getting me in and out quickly and with peace of mind and also for your kindness and exemplary customer service! It was truly appreciated on a day where that positivity and kindness was sorely needed and appreciated. Thank you! :)”

“Needed 2 tires to complete my car inspection (at another vendor). Ordered online from Walmart on a Monday afternoon (included free shipping) with expected delivery to the Gibsonia center on Thursday am, so made an appointment for installation at 7 am on Friday morning. Tires were shipped from Florida, arrived when expected. I checked in for my appointment Friday for installation (as they opened) and was out by 7:35. *Noted that, when they test drove it after installation, they had the steering wheel wrapped in plastic to avoid getting it dirty... nice touch! Kudos to Jay (tech) and his assistant (Dev?) as well as Erik who checked me out at the counter when done.”

“I consistently get my tires changed & my oil/fluids replaced at this Walmart. I haven't had a. Issues. The guys are great. They got me in and out. My main gripe & it literally JUST happened. I call the Auto Care Center & they wont answer or it rings and rings...someone picks up & hangs up. That is so frustrating. Pick up & say something. Dont just hang up. Thats rude...taking it from 5 stars to 3 stars for that. That's really my only gripe is when I have to call. One time I ended up going to N Versailles instead because Tarentum wouldnt pick up the phone.

Since I purchased the tires from them fixed the tire for free. I have used this station since it opened on Rock Road and service is always great. Thank you Flynn.”
