They actually have payment arrangements for 6 months, which was great for us, you can’t find anywhere like this anymore. Their prices are fantastic, Zack went above and beyond with his service to us. He explained everything to us and I know I can call him at anytime if I have any questions. I’ve never been to a tire and wheel place like RNR but they now have a customer for life. “I cold called in a panic on a Friday after work with a tire that was losing air. I just needed a place I could get to close to home open after 5. Chris was responsive and polite when I called , before he told me to come in he asked me to send a picture so he could see the problem and was helpful when I got to the shop. He moved quickly, fixed the problem and was able to get me on my way. I will be ordering my replacement tires from him. I'm very happy to support this independent local business.”

“We are very happy customers and pleased with how they treat their customers....they make sure you can see what is going on when they find issues with your vehicle while doing state inspection..ours failed due to holes in the body frame otherwise, everything else was fine....We got the holes fixed by a company welding panels onto the areas and then undercoated the area...Dan (employee of Monro) is a great person and makes you feel very welcome and informed....”

“My battery died, I’m from out of state. Company vehicle Roadside service only covers the owner of company. Go figure ?. My personal roadside service only covers my vehicle. People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. The waiting area was clean, a bit dated but what does it matter. I was able to sit inside and not have to leave while they took care of my tires. Highly recommend getting your tires here.”
