He gave me everything I needed in regard to my SUV. I came in Saturday am 7/18/26 and ended up needing an alignment which they had no problem getting done. Thank you, fellas, for your hard work! Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and told me all the features I could get with purchasing 4 brand new tires!! Highly recommend”

“An excellent experience from start to finish. First, they have a very large selection of tires to choose from. And when I found the tire I wanted, it was already being sold for less than most other retailers were selling for. They have a price match policy however. I eventually found a retailer with a somewhat cheaper cost per tire and a somewhat less expensive install price. However, the competion's price doesn't include lifetime balance, rotation and free repair of tire for the usable life of the tire. With optional full road hazzard protection with no prorate or labor costs for 3 years. Anyway, I brought this lower price to Discount Tire's attention. Without hassle, they not only matched but beat the tire and install price of the less expensive competitor! I then scheduled my car for an install. When I arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:45AM appointment. The manager, Juan, was waiting outside. He came to my car, got the car door and welcomed me to Discount Tire in a most friendly and welcoming way. He escorted me into the store, where he took a few minutes to get everything confirmed and ready to go. The store itself was very clean and bright with a view into the shop area. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Before I knew it, about 35 minutes later, the car was ready to go. I did ask for an alignment check and alignment if the wheels were out of spec. They did the alignment check. The wheels were out of spec. They gave me the sheet. However, they said they were unable to perform an alignment on a Subaru because they didn't have the equipment for it. That was my only minor disappointment with the entire experience. Most shops that have modern alignment equipment should be able to do the alignment. They said something on the rear suspension was unable to be adjusted. It does take time, but they are able to be adjusted for all relevant wheel alignment specs. And the equipment to reset the electronic safety systems, should be a part of it. Also, their price for an alignment was very fair. They told me I needed to go to the dealer for an alignment, which will be significantly more expensive. I'm not sure if they just didn't have the time to do it or what. But they shouldn't have told me they could align my car if they're unable to do my particular vehicle. That being said, everything else was a fantastic experience, and I couldn't recommend Discount Tire more! Let's just hope they get their alignment operations on track. Thank you!”

“OMG! Their passion is tires! So I had my inspection done and I knew going in, I’m probably gonna need tires. All my friends already told me. Brittany who helped me was super kind. Explained my options thoroughly, and ultimately suggested the best tires I have ever driven on! It was like driving a floating car. She explained they were some of their smoothest riding tires, but honestly I thought they gave me a different car all together! I would highly recommend this Goodyear, they care and are pretty cool too!”

“The 5 stars I am giving for this review is by far because of the Bakery. They never disappoint with their cakes and they are so affordable and good. I love cookie cake and they have a double layered cookie cake. You can order these ahead of time and pick the colors of your icing, or you can even look at their look book online and get a picture on your cake. The prices are great too. The picture of the cake was only $18. It looked cute and was very reasonable in price. I will continue to recommend the bakery to anyone who has a Sam's membership.”

“You can find a used tire to match the wear on your current tires. The man at the desk assisted in finding a compatible tread pattern. He looked at my current tires and immediately knew what to look for. The service technician tested the salvage yard rims TPMS to assure me it was functional. Mounted up my used tire lickety split.
3 downsides: 1, manager wouldn't let us stand in the shade.
2, since this type of shop came about, the supply of buying front a private owner at 1/3 the price has dried up.
3, I was charged a $4 fee presumably for anticipating working on the original tire/rims but the salvage yard rim/TPMS was OK.”
