“I built my own gaming PC for the first time. I watched tons of YouTube videos and assembled everything. I powered it on and nothing. So, I took it to UCI to diagnose and fix any of my mistakes. Charlie was AWESOME! He corrected my wiring mistakes and installed Windows 11 for me. My PC is running like a gold medalist, and I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again and the price was more than reasonable compared to other places. Actually, it's almost $200 less than a microcenter. Charlie does great work, I can not stress that enough”

“I have not visited Best Buy too often but have had good experiences. Recently my HP laptop top died after four years. My operating system was corrupted and I could not boot it. I actually purchased a replacement from Best Buy figuring it might be at end of life. The Geek squad worked on my old Computer and got it running again with some tweaks to have it more stable and protected. In the meantime I still had the new one which I opened and set up. The old was working well so I returned the new one no questions asked full refund. I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would recommend them for trouble shooting and getting help and purchasing new when needed.”
