“I would stay again when I'm in the area. Great location near a mall and other stores/ restaurants, including Pure Hockey and sporting goods stores for parents traveling for sport tournaments.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Water pressure was great in showers. Free breakfast with good with assorted hot and cold foods/drinks (make your own waffles too). There's a nice, outside area off the lobby to sit and eat or lounge with a group. Beds and pillows (I usually like my own) were comfortable.”

“I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but I found the bed too firm for my taste so uncomfortable. We only stayed 1 night though. But that was the only con. I have to compliment the staff here! They were all working very hard and they seemed fully staffed. The staff was cleaning, attentive and so polite. I don't travel a ton but have traveled enough to know this isn't the norm anymore. So kudos to the fabulous team here! Keep up the great work.”

“Just spent the weekend at Hotel Fiesole. Was recommended to stay there by a family member as I am not local and had a nearby function to attend. I was not disappointed, I found everything from my room, restaurant food and staff to be exceptional. I will definitely try to make it back!”

“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

“We used this hotel for our rehearsal dinner, after party, and hotel block and had a great experience.
After touring a few hotels we decided to choose this one because of the warm welcome we received! The staff answered each of our questions and when our event came, it lived up to every expectation we had.
The rooms were clean, the members of staff were kind to our guests, and the front desk answered so many questions at all times of the night and truly made our stay memorable.
With our events at the hotel, the staff helped us set up and clean up AND store everything we asked until we left.
We will absolutely frequent this hotel in the future!

I am giving four stars because it is very difficult to get from the parking lot to the main door if you do not get dropped off. There are so many steps and if you have any difficulty walking, it is very very challenging. It also happened to be incredibly windy that day, and it was not pleasant. Get dropped off if you can at the door.”
“The place was amazing so clean so nice but I don't know if I came on the wrong day or what but the breakfast was not as good as I hoped for the pancake maker was out the yogurt machine was out as well half of the condiments like the chocolate chips and the whipped cream. I will be coming back for the atmosphere the cleanness but not the breakfast.”

“Okay hotel, good location, poor quality heating.
On arrival the staff were very friendly and gave me a lot of helpful advice. As an IHG Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciated, and overall the suite was very decent. It had two big-screen TVs and a small kitchenette area, although there were no appliances other than a microwave and a coffee machine (no kettle). The bathroom had a shower but no bath.
I also stopped by the bar for a glass of wine, which was fine, and the staff there were very kind as well. The hotel has a small gym, business facilities, and a very good location right next to King of Prussia Mall (the fourth largest mall in America), which was a big plus for me.
Unfortunately, during the night I noticed the heating wasn’t working properly. Instead of switching on and off to keep the room at a steady temperature, it kept alternating between cold and hot air and it was quite noisy. I ended up turning it off, but then the room got pretty cold and I didn’t sleep that well. It was basically a choice between a cold room or a noisy room. Since it was the middle of the night, it didn’t feel like the right time to complain or ask to change rooms, so I just put up with it. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels in America seem to have similar heating systems.
Breakfast was open slightly late, which was fine, and the food was okay, although a couple of staff members were talking quite loudly to each other which felt a bit odd in the morning. Checkout was very smooth.
Overall, an okay stay with a great location, but the heating really let it down.”

“We recently stayed here for a wedding weekend. We originally booked a king suite and were then upgraded to a two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was ok, really glad to see oat milk! I think breakfast could use more fresh fruit.”

“Good hotel if need to be in the area. Came for a show at the Keswick theater which was a 12 minute ride away. Some construction going on so paper on some parts of the lobby floor. Receptionist nice at check-in. The room was clean with comfortable bed, the pillows not so much. The contractors set of the fire alarm early in the late afternoon. I walked down the 5 flights. But fire department cleared alarm quickly. It took another 10 minutes for the maintenance worker to get the elevator working. It was a fine stay at a clean hotel and served it’s purpose.”

“We stayed here last night, we chose this hotel because it was close enough to CHOP but out of the city. Had great stay overall. Hotel is clean, clean rooms, great breakfast, the ladies were very personable at check in, the hotel provides pack and play for babies, free parking. The only downside is we will ask a room that is not facing the highway since it can be loud”

However, the shower in our bathroom was awkward to use - you have to be in the shower to turn it on and wait through the cold water in the shower until it gets to your preferred temperature; also, the handle on the shower door fell off when I tried to close it - the hotel itself is an older property in need of maintenance updates which is seen most readily the shower.”

Tracy and Virginia at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped us organize a meeting room for our Saturday night pizza party and even suggested a great local restaurant that delivered delicious food. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so easy for our team.
Akhil, the housekeeping supervisor, was also incredible. He checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure our rooms had everything we needed, and was always available with a smile.

“I just had lunch with a friend. First time since the renovation. We were in the cocktail lounge and everything was perfect...food, service, atmosphere. Most impressive was the new beer tap system and I recommend asking for a demonstration. It sounds crazy, but I've never seen anything like it. Definitely recommend.”
