The store features very good display arrangements, mirrors, and lighting, with easy parking and access. Staff members are noted for being extremely attentive, gracious, and professional, offering fast and personalized service to ensure customers are completely satisfied with fit and style. They are helpful with sizing, measurements, and last-minute needs. However, a significant concern was noted with delivery, where items arrived poorly packed in a plastic bag, resulting in damaged and wrinkled merchandise, which was found to be unacceptable and disappointing for the price.
Chris was an excellent salesman. He attended to my needs immediately, and I was in and out with a new suit within 20 minutes. His product knowledge was second to none. Thanks so much for a terrific experience!
