“Our family loves Brewscits !! Such a cute store with many great selections for dogs and an area with really cute stuff for cats too . We do not buy any other dog treats but from here, they are high quality treats, no unnecessary ingredients and are small business owned and American made ! Jennifer is always SO helful with our shopping needs, answers any questions, let's us know new finds in their store, and is so kind ! We love that they have a card where you can get a free bag of dog treats after purchasing 10 bags . There's also great gifts for humans or pets in there, like dog toys and candles, apparel, and just all around cute stuff you won't find anywhere else ! Edited to say how much I love Denni too and how thankful we are for Brewscuits for hosting a doggie Easter egg hunt that our girls got to go to !”

“Came in today seeking much needed help because my one cat stopped using the litterbox due to stress from my recent move. 2 wonderful individuals helped me locate several products to encourage my stubborn feline to start using the litter box again. Immediately after getting home and setting everything up the mission was extremely successful! The team members in this facility are extremely educated and helpful and I am very thankful and grateful for the information they shared with me! My cat is back to using the litter box and seems much more calm and comfortable! I absolutely love this pet store and the workers and they’ve definitely made me a life long customer!!!”
“We love Dogventure (Cool Dog Gear)! I used to only wander in once in a blue moon, but while dining out with a new puppy, I received some news about "Puppy Social" sessions that could be a good fit for my not-very-socialized and rather vocal Pomeranian. I kid you not, we now frequent Dogventure on a weekly basis (or as often as possible) - and not just for the use of the doggie gym although that's the best part.This is a fantastic small business with a variety of toys, treats, food options, and healthcare (joint, skin, dental, etc). The owners are wonderful and the staff they employ are equally caring and knowledgeable. There are not words to express how happy and grateful I am to have discovered (and have access to) this wonderful business and all they have to offer.”

“The only reason I'm giving 4-stars is because of the owner. The two employees we worked with were solid. However, when we came back to visit our puppy a couple of times during the week (had to wait to take puppy home because he was from out of state), their vibe totally changed when the owner was around. The owner of Playful also owns Ruh Roh's pet shop around the corner. Same thing happened there. Employees were very nice without the owner present and very stressed when owner was there. Anyway, I don't know the backstory. Maybe something stressful was happening at both places on multiple days.Last thing....negotiate! The employee who helped us told us we can negotiate and we saved $700. The next day, when we returned to visit our dog, the other employee never told the other customers to negotiate and they paid full price.”

“First time visiting this pet store. Photos were being taken with the Easter bunny, who did such an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is so much merchandise to choose from if you want to buy a sweet treat or toy or food for your pet.”
“I had to leave a review this time! Alexa has groomed my Cavalier King Charles, Sawyer, a couple times now. She just does such a great job! And our experience here is always pleasant, whether it’s the grooming services or the store. We will always book with Alexa. It’s a good sign when Sawyer is dragging me across the parking lot to get in to the groomers ?”
“I adopted a dog at the beginning of the pandemic when things were pretty chaotic. The SPCA handled the transition about as well as anybody did during that time and we were able to schedule a visit to meet 2 potential dogs. Everything went smoothly and we took our new dog home that day (sadly, he just passed away after 4 wonderful years with us, as he was older when we adopted him).Edit: a few days ago I returned and had another wonderful experience with adopting again. I put in an application online and was called about a week later (I believe this is because the dog was on a stray hold, so I was called as soon as the hold expired). We had to wait to be able to take him home because he had to be neutered, but we were able to visit the dog a couple of times in between the time we adopted him and were able to take him home. Staff were pleasant and friendly every time.”

Heather probably spent an hour with my ten year old son to help get everything he needed for the leopard gecko he will hopefully be getting soon. she literally built his reptile tank rom top to bottom with every single piece his gecko will need. we are first time buyers so this was helpful beyond words for us, thank you for the time and info you gave us. peyton can not wait to see his gecko!!”

“i had the pleasure of adopting my kitten, Otie (formerly A318469 — poor guy didn’t have a name!) from the SPCA in montgomery county. the morning i was supposed to pick him up, i got a call saying that he had a respiratory infection. the staff either offered to treat him there or to bring him home and they’d supply medications. i opted to have them treat Otie as we have another cat at home, which the staff was so understanding of and made sure little Otie was feeling mostly better before sending him home. the staff encouraged me to call every day to get an update and expressed appreciation when i did reach out to see how he was doing. i really appreciated their encouragement to call as i was worried i was being bothersome asking for updates. the adoption fee was quite cheap in my eyes and Otie is settling so well into our home with his brother Leo. thank you so much for all you do!”

“I am so thrilled that my neighbor recommended Lucky Dogz to me, when I adopted my rescue dog. Elizabeth and Paul are phenomenal dog people. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. Their staff is wonderful too -- my dog is safe and well looked after when I leave him here, and he is free within reasonable limits to explore and to socialize as much as he wants. This place is really excellent. The prices are reasonable, and I've even left him for overnight boarding, which is also well priced. I cannot believe our great fortune to have found lucky dogz!”
