“I've been to your store several times and have always thought service was terrific. On my most recent visit, when my wife was wandering around looking for something, I told her that the service was generally very good here. No sooner did I say that that one of your associates said to me, how may I help you. It couldn't have been timed any better. She was quite helpful as was another associate when he had to go to the back and find a larger sweat shirt. I told your associates on the way out that your customer service should be the model for all retailers. If this were the case, less people would be going to Amazon and more retailers would be staying in business. Please keep up the good work.”

“solid place if you are looking for heavily discounted New apparel and shoes. Purchased 6 know brand t shirts and a nike airmax shoes for a total of 100$. Superior than going to a used clothing store for discounts or a Marshalls that caters to the age 60+ crowd.”

“Three weeks ago, I had a positive experience at this store due to the exceptional service. Unfortunately, proximity issues led me to Willow Grove, which failed to meet my expectations, resulting in a regrettable decision. Consequently, I will not be shopping at this store again. However, the North Wales store team demonstrated exceptional service skills, particularly Keria, Eva, and Shane. Their efforts are appreciated, and I commend them for their outstanding service, looking forward to my next visit.”

“I wish I had gotten the name of the sales associate that helped me, but talk about a breath of fresh air! I received the most wonderful customer service. She literally picked out my new winter coat and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!”

“I went to buy a new pair of shoes and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this location for their stock, too! They had a lot of brands to choose from and try on.”
