Unfortunately, proximity issues led me to Willow Grove, which failed to meet my expectations, resulting in a regrettable decision. Consequently, I will not be shopping at this store again. However, the North Wales store team demonstrated exceptional service skills, particularly Keria, Eva, and Shane. Their efforts are appreciated, and I commend them for their outstanding service, looking forward to my next visit.”

“Came here to look at walking pads. The staff in this Dick's are very knowledgeable about the products they have on hand as well as additional information about warranties. Jasmin came up to us and looked up some information about the treadmill we were measuring. It was too tall so Michael helped us with finding out which walking pad would suit us best. Chris at checkout helped us understand the manufacturer warranties and warranties offered by the store. The whole process was very smooth. Vibes in the store are great and we didn't feel pressured like some places can make you feel. Wonderful experience all around.
Also, the guy in the shoe department was very attentive and also helped point us in the right direction of where the bathroom was. I wish I remembered his name. Tall with a beard.”

“Great experience buying shoes for me and my wife today. I am unsure of the young ladies name but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable getting us set up with the right shoes. I was looking for good quality walking shoes and within two mins she looked at my worn out shoes and brought pairs out to try on that were very comfortable and fit. She was able to see and size me almost perfectly. They had a good selection and had extra wide in stock. Our two kids were running around and the staff were very patient and kind. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend people check it out.”
