“My wife and I love to stop here to see what new and exciting things they have for sale. The store is clean and the staff is always helpful. I don't always buy something when we stop, but I look forward to the visit. My only ding is pricing on certain items can be a bit much.”

We visited today and nothing special.
The clothes are grossly overpriced for the overseas manufactured goods. And the sneaker and shoes are no longer leather or quality material.
We shopped a bit and left with a $12 pair of men’s casual twill pants in a nice shade of green.
The staff were helpful.

“Selected this hotel as a place to stay prior to my wife's early surgery at St. Lukes. No wonder why this is been rated #1. From the time we arrived the service was beyond excellent. Attention to detail was very evident. It felt like you were staying in a home, not a hotel. Hat's off to management and keep up the great work. Have a lot to compare this to as traveled world-wide for years.”
“I had a baby a year ago and I’ve had a hard time finding quality jeans. I’ve always loved buckle but last year I didn’t find any that really caught my eye. However, recently I went, and Morgan helped me she went above and beyond to help me find the jeans that complemented my shape. I believe I ended up with five pair of jeans. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I definitely got my confidence back. The manager was also very very helpful. Great store, will definitely be back.”

“Ross is my favorite department store, so my experience at Ross dept store in Allentown was great!
I found many clothes items that I needed. If I had more time, I know I could find more products at a better than a bargain in other departments!

“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”
“Honestly, I wanted to love it. My sales associate was fabulous. Unfortunately, they only make bras for the bitty boobies. I need a bra that is capable of holding two cantaloupes while running. They had a wide variety of other clothes that were all great, tho.”

“I had a fantastic experience in October'23. I was looking for some new hats, and the store had a very large variety of styles to choose from especially for Philadelphia based teams. The store was well organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. They also had a surprisingly large and well curated selection of Philly sports merchandise (sweatshirts, jerseys, etc.).”

“yall let me tell you the worker there was sooo nice she had black hair and i was in the back looking for vibrators for my dog because his back was hurting a lot and i didn’t know what they were used for at first because i have a disability and she kindly explained to me that they were for something very inappropriate than i thought which i did buy but also some guy in the back went up to me and was like do u want to smell this and it was white stuff very powdery and he looked very loopy but i said no thank you because i got scared and then he laced my vibrator so when j went to go help my dog with its back my dog got very energetic and i got scared”
